Went there to deliver a food from Zomato.But the Customer snatched away the food, securities didnt helped at all. Avoided due to Covid may be, but flat owners are cheaters and thiefs. They can steal a food of 470rupees, but they wont be gaining anything from that except hatred and curses.

Good building quality, rooms, washrooms are much larger compared to new flats & interior designs are also impressive but the only problem is communication. It is quite impossible to go to work using public transport. You have to be capable of driving your own vehicle

Well maintained Apartments

Poor maintenance by, JCPL. Not fulfilled the commitments what assured in agreement. The phase - II, flats of blocks 14-19 have Handed over without DG, TRANSFORMER, Electric meter, game room, playing ground, community hall, Gym, swimming pool. and etcs whatever mentioned in the agreement. They have taken the full payment for it and saying that the residents of phase-2 can avail these facilities in Phase-I. The present facilities available in Atri Green Valley are property of phase-I resident. Now the question is why Atri had alloted the Phase-II flats without facilities where as the residents had paid for it. Before buying the flats in Phase-II or making payment or shifting be sure about the facilities really available.

We highly requested the official agent to show us the flat which can actually be legally bought. We clearly and repeatedly said to the dealer that we dont wanna see the demo flats and please be precise by showing us the only position which they can sell to us. Among the 3 flats they show us we selected one n then we were told that the flat we chose was the only flat remaining unsold till date as it was being a demo n every other flats were sold out, they are selling this demo flat out. When we are finally finalising the payments we have to meet at their office regarding the above mentioned flat n we were about to book the flat. We were told that the flat has been booked by someone else. We have to choose another. They are actually lying n selling other flats by luring customers using the phrase other flats are sold we only have the demo to sell out .. in few seconds they changed their wording. Our time got totally devalued. We reached the location leaving our work. They said one price on phone n when you reach their location the price said on the call was hiked by 30k. As if they were trying to make fools out of us. We traveled almost 40km to get there. Time, money, every thing wasted. Unprofessionalism thrives on.

Please communicate with existing flat holder before booking flat in Atri green valley.. They are just fake person in the name of real estate giant.. They dont have any problem solving capability and have poor management.. If you go via Somani Real estate then you will be in deep trouble.. Somani can commit they will build The Taj mahal for you and when you receive it will look like a jhoporpatti..I made a mistake by buying a flat there, trying to resell now before handover.. Construction quality, service, communications, amenities very poor in the society..Will not suggest anyone to buy any property from them..

Residential complex ,phase 1 ,phase 2 done, occupancy above 50% , having pool,gym, convention center, badminton courtA bit far from city,you can treat it as advantage and disadvantage bothAdvantage since relatively less cost for basics, pollution less environment, several online stores delivers service and goodsDisadvantage village like area amidst city, yet to develop in terms of infrastructure and connectivity

No doubt, the project is situated at a place with greenery all around and with all the amenities to cater the people staying within the complex.But the place is far away from the main road and communication is not that smooth as compared with the other projects in Narendrapur.

They wont deliver anything once all your payment is done, everything they advertise is just an eye wash, poor constructional quality, no facilitates provided as promised while selling the same

Its situated at Sonarpur. Just 5 mins drive from Bypass(EM bypass connected to Baruipur. Complex is quiet good with all facilities. People who have their own car can buy.

Very difficult to get an answer out of Atri personnel! They care two hoots about our needs. But the flats in phase 1 are not bad at all.

This place is good but if u want to reach there u have to wait a long becs there is no proper transportation .

Communication is very very poor and Atri group does not provide any pick and drop facility upto nearest bys rout, like Sugam Park, Sherwood, etc.
