The name of the complex is Serenity but the irony is that this is the most noisy and clamorous place. Children here have no etiquette and manner, they literally play 24/7 and the most weird thing is that parents are least bothered about it. You are seriously gonna have a serious headache if you live here. Along with that the people staying here are always ready to brawl. You need to think twice if you are planning to buy a flat here cause I’m seriously regretting.

Its anything but Serenity. Children play through the day shouting and screaming. One doesnt seem to find peace and quiet here. Lacking a Cosmopolitan atmosphere

Too high price considering how far it is from the main road. Location is a main issue. Moreover the traffic jam in Picnic Garden Road will make it difficult to get inside the complex.The complex looks nice with adequate open space. But I didnt like the crowd which is always there near main gate. People choose residential complexes for peace. Not for those kind of gatherings!

I am a resident here. Buying a property is a big decision and not everyday people invest in something this big, atleast I dont. While I bought a property which I wanted, based on my criteria. The builder Aspirations has ruined it for us. They have highly unprofessional and very rude staff. They treat you like you live on their mercy and not actually own the property. They have even diverted from the initial plan that they displayed while selling the property. And now they have completely blocked residents on their mercy. They are running their own dictator behaviour. They are not bothered about the condition of life residents have their. They form their own owners association, they command and dictate what they want to do.
