Its a housing complex. Well planned and well maintained. This project is for medium income group people. Its well connected with public transport with rest of the city. Kolkata Airport is just 10min from the complex. The complex is got well decorated park and community hall for all purposes.

It is a great place for a housing society. The environment is so peaceful. My friend lives here and I used to go to teach him riding a bike. The place is very near to Kolkata international airport. Nearby attractions are Eco Park and Mothers Wax Museum. There are grounds, post office, etc near this housing society. Market is also near and basic shop is inside the society itself.

This place is so cool to live in. 24/7 electricity, water, other necessary amenities. Greenery everywhere. Multiple playing grounds for people of all age groups. Well furnished community center for holding occasions. 24/7 security. Needless to mention its locational advantage.

It is a very big housing complex constructed since 1995 onwards. It consists of Phase I, II, III and IV. Kendriya vihar housing complex is situated inside Anupama housing complex. Around 1500 flats with 2500 population. Very good play ground and a good market complex are there. The whole complex is covered with beautiful green trees. But during monsoon water logging problems are there.

Very good housing complex. Well designed parking lot. Rooms are not sqare or rectangular. So, interior decoration is difficult and in comfortable.

Internal area is well maintained and decorated. However there is water logging in the monsoons. Internal road conditions need improvement.

Street lights inside the complex should be increased. Outsiders near the bar shop area of the entrance shouldnt be allowed inside the residential campus, specially at night time.

Location OK. But after a heavy shower its difficult to access the place. Maintenance very poor.

Too many trees .. gud atmosphere. renT rates also reasonable like 2 bhk flat around 9 k (around 750 sq ft- may 2017) . GUd open space. Gud place to live
