A well built residential area in Arapanch rural place and pollution free.

Needs more Apartment Complexes like this in this locality . It is true that this area is a village and rural in nature , but it will soon become an urban settlement after the operation of Liver Hospital and number of residential complexes at Tematha area . Moreover the the proposed Road from Uttarbhagh to Airport if implemented , will bring a great development following the road connection . Developers may think of it .

The place is with full of Oxygen and it surrounded by heavenly Peace..Transport facility is now far better than previous...

In 2017 I have bought a flat in abasan 2 which is a 2nd part of abasan 1. 2 is front side of this colony and it is still incomplete there is a vacant place in front side which is like dump area. But at the time of purchase they said that there will be a park. But it is almost 2 years left and the things are same. And a big thing there is huge water logging problem in monsoon which is horrible.

No pollution or noise of the city but also no proper transport facility. The place is surrounded by greenery and is quite beautiful. Another problem is that there are no proper shops and grocery stores nearby, and people have to walk quite a distance through a very bumpy and badly built road to get anywhere.

A very nice decorated apartments, less pollutuion, but the roads near the apartment needs to be developed so that it becomes much easier to stay over there.

It is a good place for enjoying the days of holiday but the problem is that it has no proper transport facilities.

It is true that place has lot of greenery and fresh air but as per my view it has two problem 1. base/ land of AMRITA ABASAN is low compare to front canal road which may cause for water logging in future AND 2. There is no communication till now between this complex and sonarpur station and no street light. For that reason office going people and student are suffering. Except this two problem, other all thing are good.Developer are very good and cooperative .

Nice place but transport facility are not so good.

Well secured and well maintained complex along with a lush of greenery. The road connecting Amrita Abasan and Sonarpur Chakraberia road will give you a feeling of rural India. The flats within the complex are well designed and available at a very cheap rent. Moreover 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler parking is available for free. 24 hours security guards, boring water, power back up, market, community centre, parks, etc. in a pollution free and noise less environment makes this complex a dream place to stay

Building conditions are not so good, in many blocks crack stars....
