The service handling is not at all good. The center is well equipped but management is not cooperating. First of all they ask to sit for a little amount of time for test or billing or printing the reports but the little amount of time may vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours. For the case of any type of usg, managing people dnt bother to listen to the person whether he or she ready for usg or not. Just tell them sit and if anyone asks about the queue, the staffs will give either sympathetic reasons to wait for a while or blame the person that he or she didnt respond or inform about the situation to the staff. They keep on arguing and maintain to show a huge amount of pressure from different people but the reality is not like that. Staffs just ignore the people who have come from distant places and asking them to wait for no time limit and thinking about their work as well.The management should keep an eye on this. Everyone has work and none comes to devote 8hrs there just to sit and wait. The people who are diagonosing are way better than the staffs and keep good care to the people, soft-spoken and explain everything in a proper way.
