We had gone an evening cruise with the entire family on Ganges in Dec 2020. We had a great experience, everyone in the family enjoyed the trip. The service was courteous, the food menu was extensive and delicious. COVID-19 norms were followed. The experience of Ganges at night with all lights was mesmerizing. I would recommend them.

The experience was great. It is a separate cruise that charged 1000 per head but it is worth it. Got a good seating arrangement. We got to know about it when we went there. Better go at 3:30 PM or so and the tickets are being provided at the office, I think they can booked online too. It started at 4:05 pm, you get to see the sun set at the river side and the beautiful lights of howrah once it darkens. It is a 3 hr ride. They provide tea, coffee, varities of snacks, cool drinks. The cruise also has a neat washroom just in case u need it. We went as a family, really felt happy for taking the ride on this cruise.

But little over price but it was awesome ride by Vivada Cruise. Must visit with family and friends. They also service good quality snacks and tea and coffee.

Ambiance and food was good but lacked variety. Fish finger was a bit sour to taste. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Nice!!!!! They have 4 timings. Breakfast, Lunch, Sunset and Dinner.We went on Sunset for Rs500 each and in it 4 types of snack are available. 1 onion pakora, 1 baby corn pakora and 2 small size fish cutlet are provided. 1 hour the cruise will run for sunset. In my opinion 250-300 should be good option because next to it Cruise type lauch is also available at Only Rs.39 each. Here washroom is available which is is a plus point but still they should made it little less to stay competitive. 1 star cutted due to overpriced according to me.

Go for evening or dinner cruise .Good place in the town.Just wished Cruise were more sort of luxury and lucrative.More Veg options should be included.Good courteous staff.

Beautiful Hooghly river cruise, must visit. Great experience with live orchestra. Great voyage for family in a highly decorated launch alike a ship. If you are planning to visit Kolkata, you just cant miss it.

Ambience was not upto the mark. Staffs are unprofessional. They are not trained properly.Quality of the food was not upto the mark.

Perfect destination for couples for a romantic dinner. Foods were awesome. Staffs are porlite, professional and helpful. You can enjoy the unbelievable beauty of Howrah bridge light show in evening from mid of the river. The breeze is a special feature of this experience.

Events on the Ganges can bee booked here. They have luxurious ships and one of the largest cruise in Eastern India. An awesome experience. Dinner was served at the upper deck. Food was good. You can customise the interior as per your requirement after booking. At our event there was 150 persons. But in can accommodate more than 500 I guess.

The company did a great job on the 4 to 7 pm cruise from Kolkata to Belur and back with the arti at Belur math shown, they start with Jhal muri and pakora( very tasty) and while returning do a buffet of fish fingers, chicken tikka(okay) , paneer tikka, crispy corn(good) the price point is 1025 for one and the boys who man and manage are courteous and helpful and very thoughtful. On the whole a very good experience to be had .Their commentary while sailing is pretty commendable and informative

This was the most amazing experience in kolkata pleasant ambience great food and absolutely stunning views. The on board staff was a cherry on top of the cake. He was really soft spoken and well behaved.

Not worthy at all with respect to the charge. Its like when someone buys a bike and when young boys show interest give them short rides like that. No definite itinerary. It should have a meaningful itinerary like Kolkata Heritage tour with guide explaining history.

Vivada cruises runs many different river cruises to different places.I availed one of their day cruises the evening one.The cruise starts from the jetty opposite to Shipping corporation of india building. The vessel is usually a small typical kolkata ferry. The vessel sits approx 16 to 20 people. The roof is also modified with a shed so that people can enjoy the views.The evening cruise is towards math and includes snacks costs 1000 INR +GST. Which I belive is pretty decent. They also have a guide on board who points out the different ghats and interesting facts about them. The vessel reaches belur at about 5 20 pm. You get a 40 min halt at belur to enjoy the evening puja (arati) in the math. The overall experience is very entertaining and got me to see kolkata from a very different prespective.If time permits I would love to try out other day cruises that vivada offers.PS best time to enjoy the cruise is winter or spring.

Attended a reception onboard. Not quite the same as the Thames party boats but still a lovely experience with beautiful river view. The arrangements, food, service was good, music questionable. More importantly no one went overboard 😄

We had a great experience on the Vivada Cruise - Matshyakanya. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 hrs experience on the river. Food, ambience and behaviour of staff on the cruise was good.

This is a cruise on Ganges.. you can book it for any meeting family program the lower deck has a sitting capacity of around 50 and is good for a meeting and gathering .. however the upper floor has a huge space for buffet and party. Cost is moderate .. vivada has other cruises also other ships with higher and lower capacity.

On the 11/08/2019 we took cruise from Millennium Park to Belur Math the head Quarter of Ramkrishna Mission. The boarding of cruise starts 15minutes before 4.00pm and the journey ends at, 7.00pm. During cruise Bengali delicious snacks like jhaal mooriee alur chop and piajee is served with tea during onward journey. On return cold drinks and veg and non Vegetarian snacks were served. A very nice experience.

Awesome, dont feel like in kolkata

We enjoyed our Dinner on this cruise on Christmas night this year. It felt like a regular wedding party without a Bride and Groom, but a paid party. Loud Bollywood Music was on, mainly latest party numbers. Some Bangali songs were also there. It was not live music nor a DJ.Continuous feed of strater snacks, veg and non-veg both were delicious. Supply of soft drinks was also unlimited. However, taste of the main course of dinner was not that great. It was just ok.The cruise was sailing in river with slow speed, to and fro and crossed Howrah Bridge four times. We enjoyed the ride and had close look of beautifull illuminated Howrah Bridge at night. Howra Railway Station Building on one side of the river and SBI Building on the other side looks great. Three hours felt little lengthy and monotonous on the cruise and the last one hour went little boaring.

I recently visited the Millenium Park & was initially interested/explore options to book Vivada Cruise services. However, i came across one of your lady staff ,who seem to be very frustrated with her job & had that DONT CARE attitude on her face & responded me a weird way upon me asking about a brochure/catalogue for your services.Seeing her impolite & unprofessional way she responded , i chose to change my mind availing your services for my family and will explore other options and try to reach out to your other competitors in the market.Vivada Cruise Management team need to start evaluating their staff attitude/behaviour and defenestrate those who are NOT interested & loyal to their customer-centric job.***You are losing business/customers because of their attitude.***

Best cruise ride of Kolkata...name is Kolkata heritage river cruise ride.Its in the shipping corporation launch ghat...the total float time is 90 minutesFor weekdays timing from 4pm and 6pmFor Sunday its from 12 am , 4 pm and 6pm.The price is 49rs per head....you can buy food from the cafe inside the cruise while floating..Its starts from shipping corporation then goes towards howrah bridge then upto bagbazar ahirotola then round back and again crosses howrah bridge and goes till second bridge and comes back to the starting point..Give it a try..its cheap , fun , and very scenic ...

We took the evening cruise. The arrangements were good. The music was not according to the mood which was a let down. The food was good. Staff were friendly. The voice over tour can be more interactive. Belur math halt could have been stretched a bit more by increasing the speed of the cruise. Suggest this trip with family and on winter evenings. But dont expect any stunning views cause all the ghats, river and buildings are badly maintained.
