Prantik Phase II is a fairly big complex with 6-7 apartments and 15 flats each, consisting of 2 small grounds having a 2-seater swing, a slide and 3 rock style seats each. The complex also has a community hall where all the official discussions and evening chit-chats take place. There are a total of 3 gates but only the one small gate is used by most of the residents to enter and exit the complex. The other 2 gates are made so that cars can enter the complex but only one of the two is used. The flats in the apartments are single roomed with one hall, one kitchen and a single bathroom. The rooms too are comparatively small. The environment in the complex is quiet and pleasing with a wonderful scenery. The scenes towards the back of the complex is worth watching from the roof of the apartments.

PRANTIK PHASE II housing society is a very peacefully. The environment here is very green with well maintained gardens, playground, parking space and security at every gate. If you want to stay in a peaceful society this is recommended.

A residential community.. Big , secured area. Good environment.. No outsider disturbance. Plenty of place for parking inside. But no shops inside the place
