Nice building with huge space. Beautiful view beside a big Lake. So Waterside name is ideal for the building. transportation/communication/position is also good as it is situated on Ring Road. Maintenance, parking, elevator, security services are Very good. Ideal workplace for reputed MNCs.

Awesome business park with all modern facilities. Well arranged security service, parking area, lift lobby, help desk. Well maintained office ground, entry and exit doors. Here you will get some bar and restaurants also. Great place to work.

It is one of the beautiful work place. Size of the building is huge and its very spacious. Got parking lots but yet charge for parking. I gues 35 of per 1 hours so if you are not rich enough then i suggest not to take your cab or bike inside it..

Its a nice building with reliance ofc and others. The views are awsm from the top that u can enjoy with cofee from canteen.

Lots of parking available. But security system is excellent and hence one may need authorized entry permit to go through the gates. Not fully occupied. Many floors are available for rent. Strictly no smoking campus. Facing salt lake waters and hence having fantastic views.

This office location is beautiful. Wihh lakeside view in the evening your breath will take away. But inside the building interior design not so good. Lots of bar and pub is there.

Godrej waterside building is used for building have a two towers in the ground floor there have one parking area and the parking area charge some amount of money.there have two towers and including each tower have 17 floors upto and the area is very huge and their have different companies are situated in each floor individually like worknest, jio, and many more. The building is near to the salt lake thats why its called waterside. The view from window is really fantastic.

Very good infrastructure, wide, spacious, well spread layout. For the size of the complex, they need visitor parking.The upkeep on housekeeping of the public areas is pathetic, full of dust, stains everywhere.The no of elevators helps no clogging of commuters, efficient system.

Godrej Waterside is located in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata. You can say its a bus stop or landmark. Security behaviours are very good, they know manners and very helpfull.

Our office have been shifted from Asyst Park to Godrej Water Side I Floor 7 on January. Since we have not received cards for two wheeler parking. During rainy season you will get to see 4-5 ft high water log in front of the entrance. There is no proper maintenance of restrooms. There is no proper maintenance of ACs in the building. This building looks good from outside it has very nice view to the water body from inside the building without proper maintenance of the floors and availability of parking. Asyst Park is much much smaller corporate building but it is way better than Godrej Water side Tower I

So if you are looking for a job and are a newbie in kolkata...this is your last checkpoint.Almost every company is situated at godrej waterside sector 5.Be it Teleperformance(earlier Intelenet global services) Conneqt(earlier TBSS-Tata business support services.)and many more companies are here.there is a bar too beside Teleperformance building.Many roadside eateries are available too specially the dal pakoda.There is a bus stop also which will take you to either sides of the kolkata.And yes its very safe and crowded in weekdays.You wont get any buses or autos after 7-8 on Saturdays and Sundays,so be sure of your office timings if you do not have any personal vehicle.

The lift does not work if it rains heavily... Though well located, very poorly managed...
