A breathtaking view from the rooftop of Acropolis Towers, beautiful ambiance and a variety of options to eat. The staff is very courteous and are fast to serve food. Would definitely recommend the ravioli.

This restaurant was in my bucket list for long time. And finally last Saturday we were there. Ambience is wow, food is wow, price is high, behaviour of the staff was not good. At reception we were told we have to stand in bar at the roof top as there his no table. But we saw there were table and we requested for it and then they arranged. After that the waiter gave us a table light which went off and it was too hard to read and the menu and understand . We took some time to go through the menu and then we started ordering but the waiter was too irritated and was thinking if we would make a huge bill or not. We ordered a lot so there was a huge bill and after that he was good. Also there was a cover charge of 1000 bucks. And drinks very costly. So finally I managed to be there on last weekend.. According to me It is the best rooftop restaurant in Kolkata with almost 360 degree view.The pièce de résistance of this place is definitely The Ambience.Live dj played some really good party music.We didnt expect their food to be that much tasty 😉.But foods were really good in taste.Though you might feel them bit expensive but once you experience the rooftop ambience You will never regret.Everyone must visit this place at least for once.N.B. Their entry point is near the exit gate of Acropolis.

So its on 20th floor, acropolis mall. They charge 1000 bucks as cover charges, which is redeemable for foods/drinks. Go there only for the ambiance. Food is okay. But i love this place only for the view of the city.

One stop for either with friends to chill or a perfect date with perfect ambience with delicious food and service too.. Maggie pie,quinoa popsicles are my favourite..must try.. must try freshly made desserts. Presentation of the food is at its best💯

Beautiful roof top restaurant at the 20th floor of Acropolis mall... Just grab a spot and you can watch eagle flying while eating 😁... The ambience is good with loud music which can bother you a little if you are there for lunch but it gets better in the evening with the lighting and people dancing.. there a bar in the middle of the restaurant.. and you get bogo off in drinks before 5 p.m. Food is also quite good here.. Chicken mascarpone ravioli is a must try.. overall its a great place to go with friends or family...😀

An absolute stunning place. Comparing to other rooftops, it gives you a wider view of landscape, pretty good audience and most importantly the affordable charges of food and alcohol.Must try their pizza as its worth having. I have more photos and videos of the place. If you need plz ask for it.

Ozora is a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The city looks beautiful from the 20th floor. They do maintain the hygiene, but a suggestion will be to be a bit more careful. Even though the spoons and plates were clean and wrapped up,the glasses werent so clean. The staff is amazing. They are helpful, friendly, and super courteous. If you are going for lunch, then please opt for indoor dining and then come out on the terrace to click pictures, otherwise its so windy everything keeps flying off!! The food was extremely good, but the quantity especially, of the panfried noodles wasnt sufficient. There was also some good pop music in the background. Overall, it was a great experience. I definitely look forward to visiting Ozora again.

It was saturday evening. There was day light so got some nice glimpse of kolkata. INR 1k was the non refundable cover charge per person. Cocktail was good . Pizza was very nice and portion was good. They played english and hindi songs as well. We spent a good evening there.

The ambience , food are really good here. Especially the Ambience is really awesome. But the staff and their behaviour are the worst. You will feel disgusted. This rating is only for that.

Visited Ozora on Sunday to catch the sunset on the 20th floor of the back wing of Acropolis mall in South Kolkata.The place was fairly crowded already and a cover charge of Rs1000 per person is mandatory. Since we were early, we got a table by the edge and ordered a few drinks. There is no option to call and reserve unless you are a VIP.Our waiter took a while to understand one customisation and had to explain to the bartender directly. A Rs 190 mrp bottle of corona beer was Rs 700, a 150ml glass of Jacobs Creek Chardonnay was Rs 950 (a bottle costs Rs 1400) and Sangrias were Rs 850. They didnt have any Indian wines to offer even though they were listed on the menu. The premium charged on drinks for the view n music was a bit much we felt.Our snacks of crispy fries and Prawn Salt n Pepper were well made and well priced.Overall its worth a visit and with the crowd on a Sunday evening, seems like a popular place for youngsters in Kolkata.

Visited the place on the evening of Muharram. Dry day so no alcohol and also no cover charge for rooftop seating. View was just outstanding. But when comes to food or mocktail , a big disappointment. Food order was pan fried lamb and chicken sheekh kebab. Quantity was really small and taste was bland. Mocktails are worst. Not recommended for a foodie.

You’ll love it for sure. If you want to drink your life to the lees it’s the place you should visit. The view of the rooftop area is really impressive. There’s a cover charge of ₹1000/- per head for rooftop area which will be adjusted in your final billed amount (non refundable) but trust me you won’t regret it. Visit between 4:30PM for getting a rooftop seat according to your choice. It’s a striking site for couples.Coming to the food part :- I will recommend starters, continental dishes etcI had a lot of items of which I loved grilled fish with basil sauce the most (Bhetki fish)(N.B:- I won’t recommend you to go for pizza)

I really had high expectations from this restaurant. The ambience is neat and modern. The staffs were nice but The food though wasn’t up to the mark . Price was so much on higher side considering what they serve . Presentation is dull .Things I tried ,1. Quattro Formaggi Pizza - with all those cheese being used in the pizza I expected it to be cheesy .2. Mushroom Ravioli- the presentation was way off and the filling was salty3. Orange Tiramisu- How and why on earth they named this dish “ Tiramisu “ and charged ₹350 is thinkable. It was two simple orange cakes soaked in little alcohol and subtle cream in between. I didn’t get any taste of coffee or cocoa powder ( which are one of the basic flavours of Tiramisu). And this dish didn’t even feel fresh . It was just as normal as some reasonable cake chains but served in a fancy way !!

It was a very beautiful place. The whole city skyline can be seen from above. The main entrance is separate from the entrance of Acropolis mall. It is situated at 20th floor. There are sitting arrangements both inside and outside. Under the sky it feels beautiful.

Well the girls at the reception look clueless half the time and the service is really really bad. My friends were waiting for me there and they had their names written and they even informed the reception that another friend is going to join. However when I reached they said nobody informed not their names were on the list. And all our phone network bars were nil so we were unable to contact each other. Somehow after some arguing they said I can go check inside if they were there. And obviously they were there. I paid for my cover charge after checking and they forgot to give me the receipt because of which I had to face problems during billing. Waiters are pretty much useless as I had to wait for a chair for 5 mins and food is okayish at its best and so are the drinks. Apart from its Ambience nothing works. Third visit here and nothing improved. So wont be visiting anytime soon. Sky or Altair are much better options.

Food was ok, ambience was good but the prices are on the higher side. Thats still ok, because the pricing policy of in-house items is the restaurants prerogative. But to charge a mineral water bottle with a 59% mark up is pure daytime robbery. To top it all, the person in charge stated that because of covid, footfall was affected so they were charging more for greater profitability!!!! This kind of reasoning is definitely not acceptable. To charge so much over and above MRP is plain and simple looting.

Loved Ozora to every bits, be it the place,ambience,decor,food & staff behaviour as well.City view from the 20th floor is outstanding.Music,sometimes live band ups your mood meter.Great for groups.During entryway they take cover charge of Rs 1000/- per head. No amount will be refunded & given the charges(food & drinks) you won’t be required to ask for a refund,since 1000 per head is a minimum.Menu is required to be scanned now due to this COVID situation,which is a common scenario now.

Good food. 1000 rupees per person entry fees to the open air restaurant, but then you can have food for that amount and trust me when I say theres a lot you can have in that amount. Ambience of Ozora is mind blowing. It is situated on the 20th floor of the residential building of acropolis mall. At more than 250 feet above the ground you can see spectacular view of the City of Joy. It looks best in the evening when lights are switched on. The whole City looks so beautiful from the restaurant. We booked deck area and you have to give redeemable cover charge of 1000 for deck area. It is basically seating area under open sky. We have ordered many items like pepperoni pizza, cose ali de pollo, pancetta avvolto gamberetto etc. Every food items were delicious. We ordered some cocktails and mocktails also like Shirley temple, black diva, pom Juliet, mango merry, kerala coco, spiceship etc. They were amazing in taste. This is actually and amazing place to visit in kolkata. And its probably the best rooftop restaurant in Kolkata.

Its 2k minimum which is prepaid, and then the price is deducted from the total billing amount. But your bill is less than 2k the balance is non refundable. Clean and sanitised. Food was fantastic, the ambience was absolutely chill and very happening. The male staff who was attending us was a bit rude and didnt have the decency to talk properly but apart from that all other staff members were very sweet. Worth the money 🔥

The ambience was great, as is clearly the USP of this place. Loved the open space, the lively music and warm food. The Margherita pizza was amazing and, so was the beer batter fish (bhetki). Great place for special dates or occasions. If you are not one for loud music, I would recommend sitting inside. It has a lovely, warm ambience.

The rooftop view. This pretty much sums up the main reason people keep coming back to this place, located on the top floor of Acropolis mall. On a cool breezy day, all youd want to do is gaze at the Kasba-Ruby-EM bypass area lit up with a glass of your favourite poison in hand and your entourage.They have two rooftop sections ( a large and a smaller section) on either ends of the building, apart from an indoor seating area ( again broken into two for smaller parties and larger parties).The food is the next best thing here. The variety provided could be better, but they have done a bang up job with regards to taste and presentation.If youre looking to book a table, maybe call in 1-2 days prior, since anything before that, and they might not pen you down or might forget ( speaking from experience 🙂). Also enquire about both the rooftops to know if both are available, since the bigger rooftop is under renovation (as on the month of September)The only annoying thing, if at all, will be staff behaviour, especially on the hostesses (reception) side. Apart from that, its definitely a place worth visitingThe location is well connected to most of the city but since you would be visiting here towards later in the evening, be safe and book cabs accordingly.

Ozora was awesome, marvellous, outstanding, etc, I dont have proper words to explain in one word I was overwhelmed. Rates are a bit high bit if u guys take rooftop seat then its completely worth it but not for the I insider seater.. Which day I went to ozora that day was so much cold and foggy weather but the view was outstanding man.. Once in Blue Moon if u guys want to go there then its completely fine to spent money there.. Its also perfect for a date night or else girls can also surprise their husband or boyfriend to book a table for them🥰❤😍🌹🌹🌹🌹

Great location, stunning view, good food but points lost due to bad service and not up to the mark bartending! That sums up our experience of Ozora!We loved the ambience, the breathtaking vista and the food was pretty good, even excellent for the soups!But even a newbie in the service industry should know that here what really gets the moolah is service with a smile! None of the personnel - from the lady in reception to the floor manager or the waiting staff had a smile on their face! Their expressions ranged from mildly displeased (reception) to bored (floor manager) to harried and anxious(waiting staff)! The person who took the order took at least 30 minutes to serve the soups, and came back 10 minutes after we had finished our soups to say that he had forgotten to place the order for our starters! They were polite, but cold and inhospitable, not to say inefficient!Then served our Gimlets after we had asked for it at least 5-6 times! They charge double the regular amount charged in comparable destinations, but were incapable of serving even a basic drink like Gimlet properly!Other than the soups, everything was ordinarily tasty! Nothing great to write about but definitely competent!If youre going for lunch, take your table between 12.00 - 12.30 pm! After that you would have to holler to get their attention even if you need water!I would ask the management to look into the above issues, if they want patrons to revisit time and again!

Pathatic narrow minded sexiest staff doesnt allow male guys inside without female companion or even children thats what happens when bunch of illiterates running buisness without proper etiquettes or education otherwise the place is good.

I visited during the pandemic so this might not be very fair. Food was good, we had to sit indoors due to the rains..but the main dining space didnt have enough space. We managed to sit away since we were 6 people. I found the lighting too dim..actually felt depressing. I suppose the outside sitting wouldve made a better impression. All in all..just okay.

Repugnant! The very staff posing as managers do not bore the basic sense of hospitality towards their customer for the very reason the customers come here for.. Make sure you don’t visit this place on a rainy day! They will not allow you to even enter the terrace for which it boats the business for. Specially the lady manager is extremely unprofessional and theirs a distaste of customer satisfaction. Do visit if you want a good experience of everything else but any hospitality!

We went to this place on a Saturday evening. They have a cover charge of Rs.1000 per person which is non-refundable but redeemable. We were taken to the outdoor area since we preferred that and they got us seated. The ambience was super cool and view was great! It is super chilled during winters.Coming to the food, we ordered chicken tei pei and two mocktails. Chicken tei pei was very tasty with accurate amount of spice(pepper kind of spicy) garnished with the flavour of gondhoraj lemon. Went well with the drinks. One was mango merry and the other was a spicy mixed fruit one named Willy Orageio. Both were quite good. Next, we ordered a chicken Fiesta pizza which had varieties of chicken like sausage, ham, etc. loaded into the 8 pieces of it. The only negative point of the pizza was it wasnt cheesy at all, like the layer was so thin that sometimes it felt it had no cheese at all. But the crunchy onions together with so many chunks of chicken did a pretty decent job. Shirley temple was also ordered, it was a really good mocktail of strawberry and pomegranate juices with a tinge of lemongrass flavour. Lastly we ordered chilli babycorn which was good and tasted the way it was meant to be (in a good way).I would like to point out one thing here, the simple coke can is charged at the same price of mocktails. How is that even justified!Overall experience was awesome! Service is super good, staffs were amazingly courteous. Would love to visit again!

Nice ambience but the receptionist was very rude and did not let us in just to wait, for that also we have to pay entry-fee ₹1000/person for just entering which is very unreasonable I think. The ₹1000 coupon is later adjusted with your bill or if your bill is less then ₹1000, you will not get refunded...First time Experience is not good

They have a coupon system when you avail their rooftop. The receptionist is crazy lier. Does not explain to the guest that you are supposed to deposit the coupon during billing. We lost 2 of our coupon out of 13.manager and general manager didnt believe that we have lost it. Didnt beleive that the receptionist failed to mention it. In front of the general manager gave the statement that I told you in English if you dont know it your problem. No step was taken. Nothing was done even for that statement been given

Food taste is good but very expressive. They have coupon system that is minimum rs.1000 per head. If you do not eat of RS.1000 it is not refundable. Ambience is next level awesome. Views are superb . The Disco light was a little bit disturbing for me.

Preferable time to visit should be before sunset (in order to get a good view). Had dijon promfret - food tastes good but this dish in particular takes time to be served. A different but good experience altogether. Worth trying.

I am in love with this place.. Ozora wedding/ banquet hall and the roof top restaurant are on the same floor. The banquet hall is fit for 150 people and well decorated.. You can enjoy the view of Kolkata from here .. And the rooftop is one of the best place to hangout with friends.. but sometimes it gets too crowdy 😐

Basically ozora opening time is 4 pm.it is situated on the 20th floor. restruarent is absolutely good ...bt they have minimum choices .. they have open rooftop option also.. 4 to 8 pm u can spend good time with your partner with conversations.. after 8 pm they started their dj music.... cover money is 1000/- person..but they adjust such money in your bill... ..Allover good but i will be better if they increase their beverage options..

Ambience is good but in Rooftop sitting set up so jam packed that the people cant take a photo who has not gotten the chance to sit in Rooftop.
