I went to change my phone battery there,they told me we will change it but may be ur data will be deleted ,we will not take any guarantee for that..i dont understand why its delete data while changing battery..all are useless people here..i change my battery from local store then they guarantee it nothing will be deleted n they did it..Local Store Is More Good Then This...

I will recommend you if your warranty period has expired, dont think to go there.First thing yesterday I went there with my friend for resmi y3 battery change, battery price is 799/- but finally I paid 1562.30/- .Fees break down are as below:19%+19% gst350/- service charge19*4 back cover adhesive price + gst99/- cableFinally they took the above mentioned price. Before that I replace a local battery in my nearby shop he took only 450/- including each and everything.This is a part.Another part is,First you have to wait few minutes before enter the shop , thats only for first time entry.Then when you finally discuss with them about the problem again you have to wait more than 1.30 hrs outside the room below the sun.Thay had not arranged any sitting option for the waiting people.

My mobile battery was discharging quickly. They replaced the battery after taking charge. But the problem is still continuing. Battery performance is found bad again. I am charging my phone frequently in a day. They have given me a worst product.(Moharana)

It was a good place for the service centre. Its close from the near railway station. The bus stops are near as well. Its beside a petrol pump. Its open all day in a week except Sunday. The timing is 10:30 a.m. To 7 p.m.

Ive been there few times to get mobile repaired. They are very professional. They clearly communicate the problem, time to resolve the problem and charges.

People say that mi service centers are not well behaved or their customers service is bad ! But honestly speaking its was not the case. The staffs were well behaved & humble. Now they have a new online appointment system(to avoid gathering, pandemic) according to that you have to scan a QR code for login to a link and then you can fill up a page where you have to give all the details (address, phone or accessories problem, phone number etc.) then they will call your name accordingly and then you will check in in the counter and has to do paperwork then they will take your phone for repairing. But it is not that they take significantly much time to service even small problems like battery replacement ! To mention that they also maintaining sanitization and social distancing in order to stop spreading of infection! Their service good enough !

I have pocof1 phone and I was facing issue with power on and cracked display problem. so I reached my nearest mi service center which is Gosh para road kolkata - Infotek and I repaired my phone their which cost me around 6665 rupees and I was served by probir gosh and they told me sub board needs and front cover display module E10 black needs to be changed so I agreed and I repaired my phone but after 2 days or 3 days I started facing mic problem which was not their before and for this I am struggling alot .I went 3 times thier but they are not ready to change it and saying this is network problem.At last I get fredap and feel like irritating going to mi service center which is in Gosh para road kolkata - Infotek and decided to rate service center and I request other caustomer not to visit this service center.Finally I decided to shift from mi phones to realme phones .

Had an fantastic experience problem solved less then 2 hours .The place is goodStuffs are very friendly and helpfull .Best time to visit between 10.30-11am .

The worst service center ive ever seen,and one of the female staff is really doesnt know anything she do not inform me what is the ammount ive to pay and she was typed my phn no wrong so they could not call me...later i went to the service centre and they are said my bill is 3500+ how????...is this the way mi handling customers?...my new phn in the warranty period so why should i pay anything...worst experience ever today...i do not pay anything and i will take my phone tomorrow.

If your phone is in warranty please visit any other center than this one.Reason: 1 poor analytical skills. What ever the problem is they will flash your device. I got there with my k20 pro. I was having some display issue . At first they made me wait for 2 hours .. didnt even opened the phone I can say and flashed it with the software and gave it back saying that the issue was fixed. I examined the phone and the issue was still there. Then they said that I have to submit the phone. I did. After 5 days I followed up and was told that there is a part that needs to be changed. They have ordered the needed part and delivery will be late due to COVID . Then after 14 days I got my phone back. However while receiving they said no part were replaced. We reassembled the phone and the issue got fixed. I checked the issue didnt appear during receiving time. But after 1 day of using the same issue appeared again .. Due to COVID and work pressure and their token system and all I wasnt able to reach to the service center that week. And wasnt even using the phone for those days .. today I visited them. They made me wait for 4 hours . Then came up with this the phone has been damaged by liquid . Motherboard needs to be changed . 16k will be the charges.So my questions are:1. Where was the liquid damage when I got the phone to them at the first place?2. Why I was told that some part needs to be changed to resolve the isse and then return my phone after just reassembling it.3.at the first place you couldnt find the liquid damage even after keeping the phone for 14 days.4. Even if I assume that there was a liquid damage second time . How come the issue is the same before liquid damage and after liquid damage?According to me the conclusion: poor skilled technicians doing this: whatever the issue flash the phone first. If not fixed. Open it up and try to understand. If you cant understand tell them there is physical/ liquid damage motherboard needs to be changed and its out of warranty.Note* I can also turn the paper red by dripping a drop on it.

My soundbar got damaged within 3 months since purchase. I contacted MI and they told me to get to the nearest MI service centre and they sent link for this showroom. So, I went and they were helpful and nice. Service showroom was also good with basic amenities needed for a showroom. To my surprise, they had one MI bar, so they just exchanged. And it was all done within 20-25minutes. And,all other people also seemingly getting their repairs very quickly unless spare part is unavailable. So, big thumbs up to Barrackpore MI service centre.

Extremely good and professional staff, quick service, through the service charge was high but satisfied with the over all process. It took only 1 hour to get my phones screen replaced. One more issue it is situated on road side but cant be seen since it is located at the corner, best way to find the place: located at extremely left of the petrol pump.

The system is nice,but its time taking.I went there to upgrade my phone,I waited for 2 hours till my turn comes and they took it and kept it for 6-8 hours. Seriously? I mean who takes this much time to just upgrade a phone......but overall its nice

I have visited Digitech mi service center on 18.09.17.The madam in counter no.2 is very helpful. She listened to my problem carefully and suggested proper procedure to resolve it. She knows how to deal with the customers. I will definitely give Five star because of her but the token giver uncle is very lazy. so its four star from me.

Although I am not sure about the quality of their service but yesterday I have asked them to clear the dust in the inner side of my mobile camera glass, they assured me that within 2-3 hours they will do it but they said its a kind of software problem (What! ) So, they have to change or reload software. So, I left the place as soon as I can. I think in this way they are stealing money from people. So, I hope you can clearly imagine about their service.
