Specially, when it comes to customer satisfaction, Mr Abhijit Naskar takes care care of paperwork smoothly. Very gentle and polite person, behaves like sophisticated brother. From preparing agreement to handing over the vehicle papers is done in no time. I personally opted for a scooty for couple of days, and condition of the vehicle was mint. I rode around 200 kms and faced not a single issue. Coming to rates, its cheap. For all the people reading my review, you can opt for Kolo Indias service with your eyes closed. Owner is a gentleman. Few suggestions:1.A bigger , visible ad board would help both the business and customers to locate.2. Fuel system should be tank to tank full while accepting and returing the bike..going by the fuel gauge is not advisable..may create confusion and an element of doubt.3.Credit card payments may be given as an option.

Good service.The owner was very friendly. I rent a Hero Duet for 45 days with reasonable rate (Rs- 6000/- per month). They kept Rs 5000/- and my Aadhar card as security deposit.And they credited the security money to my account instantly after I handed over the bike to them. Condition of the bike is good, I travelled around 1000 Km in 1.5 months within the city( Kolkata) without any hassle. Overall my experience was good with Kolo Bike Rental Service.

The service is good but the security amount is too much.... But if someone has passport then no security amount needed. Could have veen better by providing delivery and collection for the local areas as other companies do. Bike condition good... Per day charges is bit high for scooty...

The bike was in very good condition, the process was smooth, the briefing was also good and it was reasonable given there is no competition in Kolkata. 2 helmets were provided with no extra charge.
