I strongly recommend to people to avoid Hdfc barasat branch because you will be robbed . Because there are employees like Arijit Saha whose is not a thief but a dacoit . And if there were negative stars this branch will get 10 stars for negitivity and for there negative mentality employee like FRAUD ARIJIT SAHA .Pls avoid these branch

I went here to pickup a non-personalized MakeMyTrip ForexPlus Card that I applied for online, and paid for upfront to load Forex. The HDFC Bank website claims that I can walk into my nearest branch after applying for a forex card with the necessary documents, to pick it up. Yet the branch tells me they dont have that type of card, and WILL NEVER HAVE IT, even if I wait for a few days. And if I really wanted the card, I have to go 20kms away to another branch in Salt Lake to collect it. Lodged a complaint, has been a week without any resolution. I get calls from HDFC Bank support only to be met with well call you back after talking to our supervisor. Safe to say, terrible experience up until this point.
