This Apple authorised center is overall good I can say. In this center the behaviour of the service man is also nice they speak very calmly. And the service is also good obviously they are very well trained in think. One thing I can mention for negative point is that there is only one land line contact number and that says busy every time I call, it is only available at the first hour in morning. And also the location is not so easily reachable. At last this is an authorised center and be aware of many fake details in internet.

My issue was my macbook air 2017 model (43k I bought with discount from Flipkart big billion day 2.5 years back)display was not visible. It was visible only with a torchlight . The technicians are not very technically strong I feel. As they still didnt able to find out if that was motherboard issue or display issue. They said to give a try once and see if by fixing one part will resolve my display issue which will charge 32 k ( both the parts motherboard conector and display charge is 62k + tax). If its not resolved then they will refund the amount which doesnt sound very convenient to me. The sitting area is very small and conjusted. They need more technical person. Apple should definitely lessen the price. They just loot people. Really disappointed and decided not to invest again on Apple products.

As this is Apple service center so you will get good response from Apple, otherwise my experience is not good enough from this center. Whenever I called them their behavior is good but never called me back and didnt give any updates of my product, though they always took my contact number. And one thing is its better for you to take an online appointment from apple website before coming here, and it will save your time.

Good service center. Trustworthy. This is my first experience with service. I would say it was great. After diagnosis they gave my device back and ordered the required parts. When part received after 6 days they called me back. I gave it them afternoon and they returned my device nect morning. Awesome work done by engineer. Thank you Satyajit Da. Keep up your good work.

Hard to find this service center. Its at the 2nd floor of Fort Knox building. So if facing problem finding this ask the gate keeper in front of the building. I here attached the photos of Knox building. So you can follow that. Try to come at early morning and just after the lunch. Sometimes gets very crowded. Overall good but service should be more faster as only one person doing the official work instead of three. Another thing, before coming please make a appointment from apple support if not possible after coming take a token.

Worst service center ever, I took my macbook pro with a display issue. The laptop is under warranty. Its been almost a month I have not received my laptop. When ever you call them, they will take your job sheet number and tell you that they will check and call back. Never recieved a callback till date. First they ordered a wrong part which didnt fix the issue, again they ordered another part but no updates since then. Absolutely horrendous experience. I would suggest you to look for an alternative service center than coming to this.

The wait was a tad long but the service was pretty nice. Nice place. Properly air conditioned. They have a water purifier as well. Certified Apple store with same day screen repair for certain devices.

Took me 2.5 hrs to get to my token number , really long wait specially after lunch time. Try going during the first half (11:00 or 12:00 noon). But really fast , they repaired my phone in 2 days.NOTE: THEY RARELY PICK UP THE PHONE

Worst place , they told me that my ipad will going to cost 22000 for just a simple charging port replacement note( my i pad was in warranty, it was a brand new ipad) , they r literally fraud, i repaired my ipad in just 3000 rupees from other repair engineer .

A great place to repair you Apple phone or devices. We went here to repair my Aple ipad and they provided with a solution real fast. I dont know whats with Ape and their pricey policy. The problem my device had was a battery issue which could have been fixed really smoothly but not according to Apple policy. I had to pay 15k for it. They did not change the battery but gave me a new ipad itself. So basically I paid 15k for a simple battery change. Oh, and FYI that new ipad was the same version not the new one (2006 model).Apple should work on their policies to make it a little less expensive.
