I have always been fan of North Indian Cuisine. The Tandoor, tikkas, Kebabs, Biryani Kulchas etc. From the time this Pandemic has started, work from home and also cooking at home are really making us tired and monotonous. Our homes feel like workplaces now. Only work work work, be it household, office, looking after pets, etc. We have almost forgotten what it used to be to go out, hangout with friends, get ourselves pampered. Still many of us are really afraid to go out to eat at restaurants and Cafes, in order to avoid any kind of infection from crowds or poor hygeine of any place. To provide us with a sigh of relief in this matter, many cloud kitchens have opened up recently to ease our work of cooking and delivering us with delicious, safe and hygienic food at our doorsteps with no-contact delivery. After the hectic weekdays of work from home, its really tiring to cook really delicious food. I feel very lethargic and wish if some great cooked food could be served to me. I was craving for some North Indian delicacies and thought of ordering some. As I was browsing through list of restaurants, I came across this newly opened restaurant Zafrani Katha at Santoshpur. I placed order for the below items —Paneer Tikka — Fresh, succulent, spicy, tandoori Paneer tikkas, were really lip smacking good in taste.Paneer Roll — I am usually doubtful of having veg rolls but this one was way beyond my expectations and amazingly delicious.Paneer Tikka Butter Masala — This was one of the best Paneer Tikka Butter Masala I ever had. Thick, creamy gravy with fresh cream loaded on top of it. It was yummilicious in taste.Aloo Biryani — Being a vegetarian, its really hard to get good veg Biriyani anywhere, but to my surprise, their Aloo Biryani was unbelievably too good in taste and indeed upto my expectations.Masala Kulchas — Kulchas were spongy, soft stuffed with Aloo masala and veggies, really great in taste.Butter Naan — Very soft, spongy butter naans, great in taste.Firni — Their Firni was of kesariya flavour in taste and also topped up with some strands of Kesar on it. It will indeed delight your sweet tooth cravings.Apart from these, I had some of my friends coming over to my house and as they prefer non veg items, I ordered for them — Tandoori Chicken, Tangri Kebab, Chicken Malai Tikka, Chicken and Mutton Biryani, Chicken Hariyali Kebab, Chicken Bharta, Chicken Kosha, Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, Mutton Kosha, Chicken Roll, Mutton and Tandoori Roti. They too found the respective dishes to be mouth watering delicious, very different in taste and appreciated the cooking style. The items are priced at very reasonable rates considering both the quality and quantity. Their packaging is very neat and spillproof, provided with cutlery and tissues. I would recommend everyone to try out this cloud kitchen once and you wont regret it. Their quality of food will surely enamor you.

This is a newly opened delivery joint near Apex Institute of Medical Science, a 10min walking distance from Metropolis Mall.I found this place very near to my house so inorder to try out there variety of dishesI ordered -(Starter)* Mutton Roll* Tangri Kebab* Malai Tikka Kebab(Main Course)* Mutton Biriyani* Chicken Tikka Butter Masala* Mutton Kasha* Masala Kulcha* Chicken Bharta(Dessert)Kesari FirniFirst of all there Rolls are amazing 😍 I mean better than every food joints in my locality.Coming to starter Malai Tikka Kebab as it is, its my favorite and if I find this in the menu I always order this and the Tangri Kebab both of them were very well cooked, well marinated and roasted to a perfect temperature.Even the main course has my heart❤ starting with Mutton Biriyani then the Chicken butter Masala, bharta everything was so yummy in taste and indeed very well presented.Atlast, the desert Fhirni was also very good. Only one request for them to bring more desert in future.And yes, from now am gonna be a regular customer to this joint, highly recommended atleast order from them once because the next time you yourself will order again.They are easily available on Zomato and swiggy.

As a new comer in the market, I must appreciate their efforts..very well behaved and familiar..marketing strategy also interesting..but the con is The taste of Biriyani..it’s not up to the mark..need to Improve the quality..otherwise you cant grow forward..all the best!
