Nice place to visit with family.. foods with marwari flavours! Taste is good. Different kind of variety in sweets for which Haldiram is known from since ages ! Bhujia quality is deteriorated over time.. still many people like it ! In store dining available for all foods available over there ! Seating arrangements are done quite well. cash counter for food section must be opened separately to avoid running to the single counter which is far from the dining section again and again. Food quality more or less is good. Sugar free sweets are also available for selected products. Price of the product are more or less competitive. Good to go.

This is the biggest Haldiram outlet I have seen till. There are super dine in facilities with complete veg food and sweets.The dosa raj kachori puchka dahi papdi... Its endless...U also get snacks Namkeen bhujiya and of course different types of numerous sweets.The Ras malai Gajar ka halwa look delicious. I became mad in selecting the sweets as all are best ... Awesome experience ...

Visited Haldirams again after a long time. The quality has definitely decreased a lot. The quantity is decreased, taste is also average. The pizza used to be very nice here in earlier days, not it is worst. Overall its a 3 star. Pav Bhaji was really good though.

The thing I hated is they customized their bowls & bottles in such that it looks large quantity but the base is hidden & in reality the quantity is less- I mean give less if u want but fooling the customers by illusion of bigger bowls & bottles is hypocrisy.

Best place for veg food.. But now its bit expensive and the staff were very polite but their manager was very rude.. He was scolding the staff infront of us.. I did not like that.

I stay beside this place and have seen how over the years only the price has increased and the product quality is drastically reduced. Pathetic !!! Shame . Even simple bhujia is old stock which has been repackaged in a new packet. Pastries are pathetic..too. I wonder who eats such cheap things.

Good snacks and sweets with a high heighted walls this place is beautiful inside and is located next to haldiram busstop. You have lot of variety in snacks- pav bhaji , masala dosa , raj kochari, noodles , manchurian. The prices are okay okay, you can visit them anytime and you will see great rush , people from swiggy, zomato stand in que. their service time is a bit delayed. But their food is amazing , i go there for only raj kachori -it is a huge golgappa filled with namkeen , potato , curd and different kind of sauces . The price is also okay, they have all kinds of sweet available which are fresh , they have variety of chips as well. Loved the banana chips purely fresh. Their maintenance is amazing , you must visit there and. Eat the savoured food ☺️💓💓 overall rating -4.5/5😁😁☺️☺️

It is spacious and you have the scope to dine. It is unfortunate that they have stopped serving Lassi in the traditional form instead you have the packaged product nowadays with high sugar content.

Main branch of haldiram. Haldirams bikaniri bhujia is must try. There gulan jamun, masala dosa, papri chat, doi, raj kachuri chat is must try food item. Those who are vegetarian can go and enjoy there healthy and tasty food there. Lots of variety of desserts can any one try. Namkeen is must try.

A lost case. Unhygienic and tasteless food sold at exorbitant prices. I had a halt at Kolkata Airport enroute Ahd. Ordered special thali, dhokla and papdi chaat. In thali Salad veggies were cut long before, vegetables were tasteless and there was no hint of Haldiram in the thali. Dhokla was more hopeless. Chhat was so so. And there was no one to listen to your woes. Since I had a connection flight I left the store.

May be the name is big and iconic but I can bet the behavior of staff and service will ruin the everything earned over the time, avoid going in festival time, totally mismanaged.

Tried the Haldirams restaurant for the 1st time today - quite spacious - but self service (you have to bring your food on your own from the counter).The price is quite on a higher side (a cup of tea costs rs. 50! 😳)I tried masala Uttapam - the price is rs. 140 as on today (06-feb-2021) but the quality has been quite satisfactory. The taste of butter in it was prominent. There were 3 types of chutneis including sambar - and they were equally delicious.P. S. Single-use cutlery & plates are used for serving most of the food items.

Its a very good restaurant with well behaved staffs, its on VIP road so definitely well connected. The interiors are well maintained and hygienic.The menu may or may not be available on the table if not then ask them for the menu, nobody will come to you to take your order, select your order from the menu,then go to the cash counter and give your order and after payment give the slips at respective food counters and collect the food and enjoy it. You can pay through cash/card or through Paytm.

This Haldiram outlet had a great collection of munchies. A lot of options to pick from. The sweet counter also had a lot of options, gulabjamun were yum! It also has restaurant attached. Chole bhature was average but chats were pretty good. They also have dosa options and thalis. The special thali is filling and serves 2. Overall 4/5. Slow service as this places always face rush.

Place is good for short food break. Sitting arrangements are good. Though food quality is good and hygienic, they lack of variety.

The place is no doubt fabulous. Its is huge and has dine in facility.The versatility of the products available is mind-blowing. They sell dry snacks to sweets, regional sweets, bakery items, cakes, diabetic sweets, live jalebi and panipuris etc. But the behaviour of the staff doesnt seem to be welcoming. They are hauty and speak with customers in disrespectful manner as if all customers have the intention of stealing stuffs from their shop.

The food here is great. The ambience is the same as that of a fast food restaurant. Tried foods from main course to snack items, pretty delicious. There are also all sorts of Prabhuji Haldiram packaged products available for sale, some are available at a discount. One can also purchase sweets of different kinds. So, overall you can enjoy all sorts of food over here. I also find that in Kolkata it is difficult to get you hands on a good chaat, but here you can get to have some.
