It was a good experience in Shanghai the flavour of china town. There are many dishes available there those are really good. They are having a special offer also if you pay 199 Monday to Friday or 299 Saturday Sunday then you will get a special offer of combo dishes where you will get chicken soup, chicken garlic lollipops, fish dish, rice or noodles,ice cream. Ambience is really good you will love it. Seating arrangements are also good. Dineout is available there but not applicable for that combo deal.

Its a nice restaurant for chinese cousine. The price here is resonable not too high not too low, they will charge GST over the menu price. The quality of food is good enough and the quantity is also appropriate. Staffs are well bebaved and friendly ambience is also good. You can enjoy a lunch or dinner here happily.This place is near Nagetbazar More clearly visible from Dum Dum Road. You can easily find it. There is no place for car parking here I think thats the only drawback.

The fried rice is slightly different from the authentic fried rice, it has dry fruits like raisins & cashews which gives it a Bengali touch. The desserts are good too. Service can be better.

Finally a great place near Nagerbazar, very close to where I live.I visited the place on my birthday, we didnt want to go anywhere far reminding the covid situation so decided to give it a go and Im so glad that I did.We ordered Roast Lamb in barbeque sauce and suimai for starters. You got to try these as starters. Both were so tasty. Then for mains we had Shanghai chicken fried rice with chili fish in oyster basil sauce. 1st of all the quantity was just perfect and the fish was fresh,soft, tasted Amazing.One thing I would like to mention is the behavior of their staffs. They were so generous so efficient. They came to ask if everything was alright or not after almost every dish in a very generous manner. Hope they keep it up. Hospitality is top notch.Proper precautions were taken throughout. From temperature check to sanitization everything was done properly.So satisfied with both food and hospitality.Definitely recommend the place. Give it a try.

Their staff behaviour was coutesous and they maintained proper hygeine and safety procedure.Coming to the food section..we tried -HUALATANG SOUP CHICKEN - Rs 165/-LAAT ME KAI - Rs 285/-NASI GORENG - Rs 275/-ANT CLIMBING ON A TREE - Rs 395/-CHILLI PORK - Rs 315/-HONEY DARSHAN WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM - Rs 165/-Each and every dishes were amazing and perfectly cooked. Love the ambiance. Love the food. They maintain the quality. The location is well connected with buses, cars, auto and any other vehicles. Its located in the nagerbajar dimple plaza. Try out their mashroom chicken soup and sanghai chicken. They also have mocktail options. But I doubt if it is a branch of Chainatown Sanghai restaurant. They have limited menus as the restaurant is just about 5 months old. In future they will also add the cocktail part with it.

The food is good but the environment was absolutely gross! They were organizing some birthday party and then there was a bunch of kids and they were shouting! I mean if you are holding a birthday party already then why leave it open for others !!!! They absolutely zero knowledge of guest management. They should have given a thought that nobody loves to dine-in in a fish market.

Today lets talk about the place where you will get all the flavours and delicasy straight from the china town now in north kolkata. Shanghai - Flavors of china is a brand new place that opened their door just recently at dumdum, more specifically near nagerbazaar , opposite of dumdum municipalty building.This brand new place is surely a much needed place as in dumdum area a very less options are avaialble where you will get the satisfactory food. Now coming to their interior - the interior was very similar to Haka which was combination of the color black and red. The neon lights with a chinese signs all over the wall was give you the perfect vibes of chinese restauarnt. This place is located at very congested area but the place was not small and can accomodate more than 60+ people at once. Moreover, they have a private dinning section as well for your small private gatherings, bussiness mettings and all.Coming to their safety precations -1) They have dedicated santizing tunnel for overall santization to their customer at entry point.2) All their staffs were wearing the masks and gloves everytime.3) Thermal checking is done by the staff before entering the place.Moving to the main deal which is food ofcourse -Tom Kha Soup (INR 175/-)- Tom kha soup is the same as the hot and sour soup but it has the coconut milk in it which made this white in color and give you some coconut flavor to it. It was rich, creamy and it has some tender chicken in it which was super delicious. Loved it.Food taste is good. Ambience is quite nice. Staff are polite and friendly.The only drawback I found is they are serving packaged drinking water which is less in quality like standard mineral water at the market but priced almost 50% extra than market rate.

So much satisfied to have my lunch at Shanghai. All the dishes were too much tasty and the 249 combo I had, was worth the money. I had also the tasty Brownie with Vanilla Ice cream

Place is good. Food is good but I taste main courses under seasoned. One thing I dont like the waiters were kind of hurry in services though the restaurant was only half occupied. They didnt even let to finish the foods. They were in a rush to collecting the empty dishes.other than the services food was good.
