Wanted to write a really good review of this. But thanks to the owner who proved us wrong.Had ordered Chicken Biriyani for one of my guests. It tasted horrible and was stale. So i had called up the owner, and Guess what ?He was the most rude person I have ever met. He said, Aap Swiggy mein complain kardo, bass. Then he disconnected the call.And i guess, no restaurant would run with an owner like him.So if possible provide this place a negative rating asap. Cheers !

Never ever by form the store I order for chicken biryani but they give me beef meat

I order from swiggy, biriyani combo.It is the most disgusting biriyani i ever had in my entire life.The taste of the biriyani is like khichri and chicken kasha taste like 2 days old chicken cooked.Dont waste your money over there.

From 16/9/2020 ketuz restaurant does not exist rather it transformed into Ketuz gym centre..it is highly personalised AC gym...

Ketuz restaurant is well located near RBI quarter, Birpara, DUM DUM, delicious foods are available here, good for kids and also for friend party.

Narrow place, no parking, congested.

Rotten fish items were served through swiggy... after complaining the same to swiggy, they assured us to initiate investigations against the same and refunded my money..(Part of conversations attached).However, I wonder despite such persistently bad reviews of this restaurant why Swiggy is still promoting them!!!

Recently ordered 2 plates of Chowmein - chilli chicken combos via Swiggy. .. Got only one, even after complaining, didnt receive any refund or even a single word of apology... Too bad!

Most third class food, ordered combo chicken fried rice with chilli chicken, now it is just rice with ararut (corn flour)ghola chilli chicken. Just horrible. Do not order here, do not go on price, just third class food.
