A very nice restaurant albeit a little lacking in management of tables. But the food and service is awesome which makes it worthwhile the effort of bearing with the waiting. The dishes are very good along with the prices which are also affordable compared to some of the places such as one on the bypass. The menu is somewhat diverse but does only cover the Indian and the Chinese cuisine. This also makes it better in a way as most of the patrons of the area prefer the dishes offered. It is a good place to spend an evening having dinner with your friends and family.

After hearing about it so much from so many, finally decided to visit. Finally the turn came after half an hour, We ordered one day makhni and masala onion and paneer tikka at first. The food especially the day makhni was so horrible according to all four of us that we decided never to order and visit again. We couldnt even finish the food. It was so bad. Used to be great. Now neither the food is good, nor the staff behaviour. They dont value customer who are coming by foot and ordering small value orders. So sad with the staff behaviour today as I waited long for my food parcel to get ready while other customers were getting handed over with their Food who sat outside in their fancy cars and my order was just lying at their desk unidentified nor declared by the staff which used to be avery proactively handled. Shame on you.

Well, this place needs no introduction for any food lover in the town. A fooding outlet opened till 4 in the morning, that serves some amazing delicacy that will leave you licking your fingers. A place equally good for vegetarian and non-vegetarian.Easy to locate and courteous behaviour, this place will tickle your eating fantasies every now and then !A place to must visit.

Rotisserie are from refined flour and nun are like paratha. Only Chicken Handi was good on first day but second day it became stale due to half cooked tomatoes.

We always order our favourite butter chicken, chicken bharta and Butter naan.Today happened to visit with friends and family. So, along with our usual, we have also ordered kadai paneer, rumali roti, masala kulcha, fish tikka masala, mixed fried rice and garlic chicken. You gotta end it up with kulfi.The quality is really great, they make sure to add butter on top of all your indian dishes, and the flavour and spices are so perfect.The quantity is just the perfect that none can complain.The cost is affordable and justifies the taste and the quantity. You can also ask for cold drink too along with your food.They serve real quick.I would definitely recommend you to visit and taste the yumm food there.

We ordered Shahi paneer and Jain tadka as a take away order. However, it was totally unpalatable as the paneer gravy was watery and the tadka was bland. We didnt expect such poor service from jai hind dhaba!

This place is heaven. Its on the main road, very cheap, good quality and quantity food, tastes delicious, and budget friendly. The average cost for two people is 300. If youre kanjus like me and want to have some amazing food then this is the place. The staffs are friendly too.

JAI HIND DHABA had stood the test of time.I remember gorging on Jai Hind for lunches during my school days.The taste has remained very similar. The quality has remained consistent.While the prices rose , so did their multi storeyed restaurant!Theres something about Jai Hind , be it the overcrowded Non Ac Section , bustling with Delivery orders.Theyveve got 3 AC sections (G+2) and theyre overcrowded for Dinner.The best part of the restaurant is the fact that theyre open till the wee hours of the morning. Theyre unaffected by the midnight curfew rules.The vegetarian fare that I would recommend is :1.Special Dal Tarka/Double Chilli (Egg) Tadka2.Paneer Tikka Butter masala in Orange Gravy3. The taste has worsened so much these days, I was seriously disappointed with the food quality. I usually would like paneer butter masala but it was just bland, no taste and paneer was so chewy, it was probably stale.If you want your plate to have atleast some taste and not just food colour (the colour wouldnt come off my hands until after washing twice) , I regret its not the same place anymore! Just waste of money now.Also, they didnt have roti, like the normal wheat one, so youll have no option except going for something in maida, which I dont like.

The Dal Makhni and the Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala is to die for... The tandoor offerings are at par with the best in the city and one more thing, in winters dont miss Sarson Palak and Palak paneer... Not much to say because this is by far the best Dhaba in Kolkata and one of the best places to eat. Paneer butter masala and double egg tarka are the go to options along with rumali roti. But next day effects might cause a bit of uneasiness because of all the overeating.

Nice fresh clean. Food with the light aroma of butter and ghee freshly prepared, extremely tasteful. As you can expect from any decent Dhaba. But located not on the highway but right in the heart of the city. We had chicken tandoori, tarka, chicken bharta, reshmi butter masala accompanied by butter naan and masala kulcha followed by masala cold drinks. Perhaps not for the extremely health conscious. Not most expensive ambience ,but extremely good taste and quantity. We were highly satisfied specially as we were extremely famished after a exhausting visit to the zoo. Very reasonable price.

It is located near Paddapukur stop.... The restaurant is quite famous for its good food.... We had a chicken curry, with tandoori rotis and chicken reshmi kebab..... The kebabs were excellent, though the tandoori roti could have been softer and the curry was ok..... But according to the price, the quality is good.....

The most lovable and trending late night restaurant situated in South Kolkata at paddapukur , Bhawanipur area....,!!! A good ambience and the family crowd make the place so heartwarming....also it has a nice view from 1st and 2nd floor too..!!they handle an end numbers of home delivery from take away counter which is very much in demand just because why they dont charge anything for the Home delivery ... about the part of their food that is very good to have and specially they cook each n every kind of paneer recipes which is just mouthwatering..We ordered chicken bharta and sahi panner and rumali roti..,, which is more than tasty.... staffs are also good..they are sometimes courteous and sometimes friendly too..!!!

If you are in the mood for dhaba style food then this place is the go to place. Here the Punjabi and North Indian food is delicious with robust flavours. Awesome. They also have Chinese cuisine listed in their menu which I feel is surprising....why Chinese in a dhaba. But I guess they are simply catering to the demands of their clientele. People must have come and asked for Chinese cuisine and these people saw a business opportunity and decided to go ahead and incorporate Chinese food into their menu. I cannot comment on whether it is good or not because I didnt have it.But the Punjabi food is well worth a visit. The Aloo do pyaja was tasty as was the Dal tarka. The breads were good, naan, parathas, garlic naan, onion kulcha...all good.

Dhaba is very good and food is awesome. I am a regular at this place. The only problem is that before generating the bill they ask whether u want to make payment by cash or card. If you pay by card they they make billing in pakka cash memo and if in cash then in kaccha. I have noticed that the serial number of cash memo number decreases, it means that they collect GST amount from us and keep them in their pocket. This is Cheating. I have forwarded this matter to PMO and finance minister office.

They serve a good range of delicious dishes.I ordered several dishes from this dhaba through swiggy.& those were tasty .But the price is little bit high.Last time we ordered chicken drumsticks @around 1a.m & those pieces of chickens were just mouth watering.

Great restaurant to hangout with friends and families. They are famous for their variant rolls they make with Rumali rotis filled entirely with vegetables and mayonnaise. It is situated in Sarat Bose Road opposite to Pabrais outlet. Car parking and bike parking is available.I went and tried their Chicken Roll which costs ₹115, its too yummy.
