Visited this place today for lunch with a friend and ordered a non platter and pizza.This place is quite easy to locate in cc2 and can accommodate around 20 people. There isnt much to the ambiance as such, extremely okayish.Coming to the food, the platter was amazing and is good enough of an appetizer for 2-3 people. Absolutely loved the variety and presentation.The pizza was extremely chewy, my jaw still hurts. The cheese was falling off base. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Decent restaurant .. I order specific food here which is mostly very certain... I like their pizzas.. it is very minimal and tastes good.. and chicken wings.. I lately ordered fish and chips there with a different mindset and to explore more.. but honestly it was not even close to what I expected... It was purely a Bengali recipe with an European name.. the fish was as it is not so good and along with that the sauce they served was even worse... It was basically just a mix of mayo and kasundi ( mustered sauce of bangal) very pungent.. and the fries were half burnt..

Had a platter of dessert.Everything was sweet. The BBQ chicken, the wings. The soup was terribly sweet. Had to get it changed. Even then was too sweet. Just avoid.Service is good.

Situated on the ground floor level of City Center Newtown, this Afraa has about 20-25 seats. We went for a brunch meet and ordered an English Breakfast and Barbeque Chicken Thin crust Pizza.The thin crust Pizza is excellent and easily shared between 2 people. The breakfast could be slightly heartier.

My experience was good. We have ordered one grilled chicken and one devils food cake. Im not a very big fan of grilled chicken or fish so it wasnt my type.. But my friend liked it.Loved the devils food cake.. Had it before too... Its was hot n lovely!

Fast service. Good ambience and staff behaviour. Had a good time there. The sandwich was nice , but could have been better.

Its almost known to everyone that Afraa is one of the best places for breakfast. We happen to visit it on the Valentines day morning and we were happy about it. The English breakfast with the Assam tea was a perfect morning one could ever ask for.Plus the attendant there is really a nice and helpful guy.Food-5/5Staff-5/5They even had a special Valentines menu on that time in the morning! Really happy about the place .

Nice ambience and nice staff. Food is good, coffee is awesome. Tried the Moroccan chicken shaswik, can really recommend it

So went in the afraa deli on 25th December and had two soft drinks .- kolkata style mojito- Oreo chocolate shakeBoth of the drinks were too good and the staff was very cooperative... they were very fluent with the order and didn’t took much time to serve which was pleasing ❤️.

Very prompt service and wonderful food. Menu have wide selection of breakfast and all day dining items. Best of the lot is the sunny side up in the firingee breakfast

Food quality and hospitality was awesome. The more I think of it the more I want to eat. The dipping sauce was delicious. The grilled chicken was so nice and juicy in the inside and tender and moist in the outside. Nicely flavoured. Talking about the toasts they goes well with the chicken and dipping sauce. Sorry for not posting the desserts, in desserts everyone must try out butterscotch cheesecake, chocolate eclairs.

Located on the ground floor of the city Center 2 (CC2) mall. The place feels too crowded inside and its not easy to move around to get to your table. Card machine doesnt always work which is annoying. Food ordered for takeaway (parcel) was ok and better options available elsewhere. Had to remind the staff to give me a fork / spoon!Not suitable for vegetarians as non-veg items are all prepared together so ask before you order anything marked vegetarian...

Third class restraraunt with rude staff.When I asked for a table they said no buffet available. All I wanted was a place to eat. Didnt say about buffet or ala carte

The food in this Afraa deli isnt delicious at all, plus its on the expensive side, if you happen to have ZOMATO GOLD then you can save a fortune! The beverages were pretty good, but not worth recommending as there are better places around.

I see a lot of good reviews. I am sure those people havent tasted the pizza. Why does this resturant call itself a pizzeria. The crust was barely done. The extra cheese add on is a scam.

Staffs were busy amongst themselves, services were painstakingly slow. Food was below average.

Cozy little place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Their coffee is really good. I really like how strong their macchiato is. The café caramel is also great.Also, I had a killer cocktail salad with chicken, ham and prawns. The breakfast options and patisserie menu is also good.P.S. - They do sell alcohol, but it isnt on the menu, so you need to ask for your poison.

So, being a regular customer at the Afraa deli CC1. Did find a lot of difference in the taste and quantity of the dishes. Though there was a variety in the menu. I’m still bias about the CC1 outlet.

It is situated at the ground floor of city cente 2 just beside The Orient Restaurant. It has inside sitting arrangements along with a very small arrangements outside beside the walking zones. About the food items available, mostly snacks and starters with average taste and more or less average pricing.

Not efficient... sometimes delivers non veg dish to veg customer ordering for veg items... careless attitude and lame excuses...

Have been going there since the day it opened..the service, the food, the music is so laid back and easygoing that hours just pass you by..great vibes, good food and great service..May be the menu needs a bit of tweaking..finger food variety could be a lot more..otherwise great place!!

Breakfast board with a cup of assam team. The tea was refreshing, must say. The board comprised of cheese chilly toast, butter garlic toast, mushroom sauted in butter, half fried egg, orange juice, sausage and chicken ham rolled. It was good and filling. Service is quick and very courteous staff.

Been there a few times. They have sustained the quality of food and te staff is pleasant. Speed can improve. Reccommend their grilled mixed meat platter and mushroom zucchini onions spaghetti pasta in cream sauce. It was bowl-licking good.

Worst pastry i had ever, i took a black forest and it was just taste less. Not recomended instead for for cakes near shoppers stop crossing, totally worth the value.

The quality of service and time of service is really questionable. Aimed for only those people who will place order and spend next one hour waiting for it. Even a single order of sandwich may take you forever. Ideal place for bekaar people who have plenty of time to wait for mercy from them.

Food quality is as good as when it started years ago. Grilled chicken sandwich and fish and chips are the favorites. Moreover, the desert section is just awesome. They have collection of cakes, pastries, pies and whatnot! Whenever Im hungry, this is my favorite destination.

Sick place.Ambuja needs to upgrade this place as it lost the Ambuja charm....the Staffs are really really slow...u have to struggle to call them for order.

Food is really good. But what I really disliked is that they dont even order drinking water unless asked, so that customer buys mineral water from them. We had assorted fries and a pasta and was there for about an hour. Yet they didnt offer any water. Finally I asked if they have normal water.only then we received it. This attitude is lousy for a restaurant.
