In general, rarely I give 5 stars and truly speaking I am so much impressed by the behaviour and service, I can visit the store for any type of small requirements.You can get the same price as it is in online, and they will never refuse you by saying no. I need a simple trs cable, in general a shopkeeper says its not in the stock, but he said, raw material is there, but before Durga Puja, youll not get it. Still I went the shop and he told, you wait for 20 minutes. Ill make one for you.At that moment they won the game.Unbelievable chivalry, unbelievable service and unbelievable lovely behaviour.

Well my journey with Music started with them 8 years back... Now I kinda found some points that is to be noted :• bring a friend who is good with that instrument instead of taking your instrument coach... THE COACH MAKES HUGE MARGINS ON THE INSTRUMENT YOU BUY• they produce their indigenous breed of guitar : which having bought many people including me, face huge problems... Basically tone and pickup issues.• I recommend going for BRANDED products if you have a good budget.• heavy discounts are given on YEMAHA GUITARS.• but on OTHER BRANDED products you get a very less amount of discount• customer service is great• well there is always a guy who you hate at a shop... Yea there lies the same problem. Theres a fellow you would find unbearable.• overall they are quite good.

I have purchased a violin bow from here.Something is better than nothing.so quality is not too low or too high.But business policy of this shop is not satisfied.no receipts has been delivered with rubber seal or stamp of the shop.overall is good for nothing.specilasied for guiter i think.Miles to go they have to be.With love affection to all.

For the first time I went to the Factory/Shop was in the year 1999 i guess, it was not the same shop as its now but must say these people have evolved as one of the Brands in the Industry since then.I Got a Self Customized jumbo 6 String for myself and they made it just perfect, it still stands Tall.

This place has one of the best staff Ive ever seen.They also have a variety of guitars at every price point.I personally went there to test some guitars and unfortunately broke a string while playing the Yemaha Xtreme.We called the Store official.Instead of telling us anything about the breaking of the string... The uncle just told us to play another copy of the same guitar.He also told us to play to our satisfaction and also added that we might break 10 more strings.That wasnt a problem for them.Extreamely elated at this experience.
