Eco cooling service is very satisfying with experienced hands. Rates are reasonable and they don’t cheat. The two boys who came to my residence are very soft spoken and well mannered.and So recommend to take its service .

Have taken the installation service from them in the month of April... That time they have asked to fill the gas... Taken almost 2 full days for the complete process... Post it, I am experiencing leakage prblm, and I have to get the Gas refilling done on the every month which is not reasonable at all.... Really very disappointed with the service

I was satisfied with the first call- for servicing my window ac. However, I am very dissatisfied with the second call- to rectify my issue of split ac not cooling well. The technician checked and said the gas needs top up, and the machine also requires cleaning. They charged Rs. 1000 for a top-up and cleaning. They did not have any jet spray or gadget for deep cleaning of the indoor unit- it was the same toothbrush and cloth process which I myself can do. They did not also have any temp gauge to check the cooling temp either. They left saying that the cooling will improve after the new gas mixes with the old gas. However the problem continued. Called them a second time to check- this time they did not charge me anything- they checked the gas pressure and the indoor unit and left saying everything is ok. But my problem remained. Within a few days I saw water dripping inside the room and the drain pipe is not draining any water. I then climbed up to the indoor unit and scraped the water drainage pipe within the indoor unit with a screwdriver and a cloth wrapped on it. Thick brown muck came out. So that was my problem- a clogged water drain! I then cleaned the indoor unit drainage channel thoroughly and washed it with water. After getting a ton of muck out, the drainpipe opened up and some dirt drained through the drainpipe too. The ac started working okay again. I also cleaned a lot of black dirt from the upper side of the fins. All this should have been done by them. I am very unhappy that the technician should have understood this from the water buildup within the indoor unit and anyway cleaned the drainpipe during the servicing. It seems they were either casual or ignorant. .

I used the service of ECC for the first time. Called quite late in the night for inquiry. The telephone handling was polite and professional. The team did the job of servicing my window A.c. very nicely. They answered all my queries too. Very good professional organization.

All reviews are fake i guess ... They even dont know how to work properly.. 1st day when i reported my problem a person came and had a look.. after ispectinsp he claimed the gas in the ac is too high.. and he released the extra gas and then he left my place claiming he will come at evening. At evening another guy came and he claimed your gas is empty u need to refill the gas and they made an estimate price 3500/- ... I was not feeling comfortable so i told them that i dont want them to work and they left all the ac chamber open charged me 300 rs n went... I called another technician and they repaired my work in just 1600 rs that too just for refilling the gas.... So they are not serious about their work and they provide the most poor service.. please avoid them

Competent but polite & friendly service. In my case, I got a glimpse of their ethical honesty also when they charged less than the estimate, for the insulation & taping of the chiller pipe as the final requirement came out to be less.They deserve a 5 Star.
