Request to all the customers to think infinite times before taking the services from them.1. Very unprofessional2. Costumer Representative ( Amit he is also very unprofessional and loves giving gyaan to customers without providing the quality in the services)3. Instead of chemicals, they bring detergent powder to clean floors and windows ( which our home helper can do it much better then them)4. No time management ( if they tell you they are coming at 9:00 am they will land up from heaven after 3-4 hours, then Amit ( so called customer executive will talk about logistics issue , transportation issue which is not our business to know at all)5. Please draw your attention to last point( without giving the quality services - they will call you thousand time for payment which ideally we need to give after the services , then you need to pay them in spot to bring chemicals as they will come with small bottles to clean the entire floor )One of the worst service providers..,,,

Worst experiences with BMS. Worst quality stitching for my wifes suit, blouse and altering.He just talks sweet and polite...but services are worst...Gave my 2 suits for dry cleaning and he delivered those with stains of keechad on them...Wastage of money and my clothes...Not recommend for anyone who looks for quality job...

They provide very good services. They provide various kind of services. I like them very much due to their friendly behaviour, work efficacy. Their dry cleaning is so good that the clothes look like new ones.

The experience was really good and they really took efforts to deliver the items as per our requirements. Everyone must try them once. Pick up and delivery both were done with utmost care.

Laundry service is good but required to improve mobile app as well as dilivery promptness.

Absolutely horrible experience. Truly pathetic. I had given them a expensive light colored Woodland jacket along with few other clothes to dry clean. The service was through Urbanclap. When the delivery guy brought back the jacket it had red color patches at multiple places. When I asked the guy he first said that it would have been present from starting. Then I showed him a picture of myself wearing that jacket few days before. To that he said that the color of other clothes has gotten to the jacket. He then have a ridiculous advice of getting that jacket dyed in black color .. seriously ... dying my light colored jacket to black. I scolded the guy on which he said he will get that again dry cleaned to remove the patches and took the jacket back with him. After a week when I followed up with him he said they it is not yet done due to rush period. After multiple calls he stopped picking my calls. I complained to Urban clap about this. They contacted the Bookmyservices & told me that Bookmyservices is saying that they have returned every thing. I shared my call details with the delivery guy to the urban clap. Delivery guy had messaged me that he has nothing with him. After good amount of haggling with Urban clap they agreed to compensate me partially and promised to ban Bookmyservicesb on their platform.My advice to you would be to avoid these thieves. Rest is up to your wisdom if you want to take risk with your expensive clothes.
