One of the poorest media companies Ive come across. I called them up on around 10 occasions to book my ad and had even emailed them, but, they were not bothered at all. A man called Zahid picked up my calls 3 times - on 2 occasions he dropped them and on the third occasion he was extremely rude and arrogant, he did not want to serve me and even misguided me. He was not interested in listening to my request and concern. Please do not waste your time here. There are plenty of other good media companies that provide better services. Do not invest your money here at all, you will regret later.

A fraud company, I had booked an advertisement through them for Anandabazar Patrika, they had debited the amount and the advertisement was confirmed for release but the advertisement was never published. Please stay away from these people.

Frauds, they charge you for print ad and not publish in newspaper. when you call for inquiry they manipulates you. do not approach releasemyad for any print ad. not even giving proper response on phone call. you have to wait for long to connect phone call.

Be careful if you post your ad here!! you can pay to them within 2 minutes but if your ad is not published they will take 20 days or more also need crucial follow up to refund , i think this company not in India , They are in africa or somewhere, because when we ask refund they are answered it will take 2 weeks to process refund. so if need to give ad give directly to news paper that will be better

It was really quick and easy to post ad via release my ad. There was small glitch in their editing software that showed my ad in 5 lines but billed me for 6 lines. I called the customer care and they updated the price instantly generating the invoice for just 5 lines. They called me to inform the same too. Its quick, fast and customer service people are polite.

This is an online company for advertisement release.

I had applied for the post of Trainer. The Hr recruiter Susmita Nandy called me up for discussion. I was in heavy traffic and could not hear her properly. She said I was rude (which I was not) and she said is the Company HR and I didnt value her identity and then hang up the phone. I apologized profusely for the misunderstanding but she started to reject my calls. Then she blocked my number. I have never seen a HR like this. Shame and Disgust to releasy my ads and to Sharad Lunia for hiring an irresponsible HR like her.

AD ID No. 1490609;After booking this ad, I found they are charging around double than the market price. While I cancelled they are deducting 25% of the amount. Very poor experience. I will recommend not to deal with this company. Forgot to mention that I got a better price with nice customer support at bookmyad.I will advice the advertiser to check bookmyad once before taking final decision.

The overall experience was good. From writing the adv, to making the payment, everything was very smooth. Only issue I faced was that, I was unable to book the Advt. for Sundays, but nowhere it was mentioned that booking adv. on Sundays is not allowed. Even called and wrote mail to Customer service, but did not get proper response. Then simply went ahead by booking the Adv for the Wednesday.

Very poor experience twice. I will never again post an ad through them. False advertisement of special rates.When you reach final payment page hidden charges or taxes are added.
