The Basic Meals has designed the 2 month diet and healthy lifestyle programme in a such a way that it not only helps in reaching ideal weight and also to maintain it for lifetime. Dietitian Anuradha Sharma mentored me throughout the program and inspired me to have a healthy lifestyle by having adequate water, exercise of my choice & providing insights to processed foods. My mother is 56 and has been diabetic for almost 40 years now. So when it comes to dietary habits, she has had a pretty maintained and controlled eating pattern throughout her life. Also balanced (or at least we thought so) according to the doctors and nutritionists we consulted previously. However, as you can guess, a lot of things like potato, ice-cream, sweets etc. were strictly prohibited. But what if someone loves them?Thats where The Basic Meals and especially Anuradha ji worked their magic. Im an underweight and not a foodie at all plus I have some food allergies as well. Hence Ive been struggling a lot to put on some weight that too in a healthy way. It was very frustrating to do it myself which was neither healthy nor beneficial.Here, Ive been given a personalized diet regime that suits to my condition precisely. The best part is that the diet regime is not only fully nutritious but it consists of a variety of items also with a range of choices given for my ease.
