I have trying to mail them since a month regarding extra deduction on my loan repayment amount. They dont even have a proper mail id. Had been trying to call them but you have to go with only the options they provide. Like you cant have any other problems. No grievance cell is around. Their chat option is also useless. Each time you try to chat they ask you mobile number, then your name and then say no agent is available to chat. All are automated messages and no one brothers to attend you manually.Disgusted with the kind of service they are providing now a days. A few years back their services were far better. Wont be dealing with them any further once my loan is repaid this time.

The employees working over here in Bajaj dont have basic etiquette to talk to his customer specially those staffs working in the loan dept. The guy who is a receptionist sits in front of the loan dept speaks so unamusingly, I dont know how he got the job of a receptionist. I always used to think why the ratings are so low, now I realises the reason behind it. BAJAJ MUST TEACH ITS EMPLOYEES BASIC DECENCY AND ETIQUETTES while dealing with its customer. I would have given zero rating if practically that was possible.

I will rate in negative if possible. One of the worst service they are provided. They also doing fraud activity with the customer. I have applied for a loan of Rs 10000/- and after credited the amount in my wallet it has been debited automatically. I tried to contact with their service person and mailed them also but no support has not been provided from their end. Even i am now paying the installment amount though i have not use the loan amount as it has been debited from them without any reason. After making complain my walled has been blocked and when i mailed them to active the walled aging no reply and support has not been received.

We are using @Bajaj_Finserv RBL credit card since last 4 years. We have paid all the amounts without any fail. Even after the #lockdown we have paid 46k in March 2020, 22k in April & 4k in May. Due to lockdown, we have faced a lot of issues with our business and therefore we had requested @Bajaj_Finserv to give us some time to pay the amount but the executive is calling my father continuously and threating to pay the amount immediately. We are not saying that we will not pay the amount but atleast give us some time. They are just pressuring my father to pay immediately. Is this the way you help middle class people??Requesting @narendramodi @MamataOfficial @FinMinIndia to take some steps on this. Plzz, help us.

Do not open FD accounts in Bajaj Finance. I am suffering a lot by opening FD accounts here. This is a fraud company. While opening FD accounts, they will do lot of sweet talks. They will come to your house, collect all documents and open the account. The actual face of these people is visible at the time of FD withdrawal ( premature or at the end of the tenure). They will harass you in every possible way before processing your request. Refrain from opening or using any product of Bajaj Finance ltd.

Very bad finance company, they are good to lend us money, and if any of their existing customer got frauded by other person, bajaj finserv, never help their customer to get back their money from the fraud person.I stay at Kolkata, and on December 2018 I was got frauded by a person, that person frauded my 80k money from my bajaj finserv card. I reported complain to police, they took the complain, and suggested me to visit Bajaj office at Kolkata, I visit their sector V office, and meet with one of their fraud investigation person Mr. Pusan Poddar. I told everything to him and saw him the police complain, he help me to track the fraud person, and investigated. Mr.Pusan Poddar helped me to recover 60k from that fraud person, who deposited the amount directly to the Bajaj office. But still 20k is due, which should paid by that fraud person. After when he was not paying, I visited Bajaj office and asked Pasun Poddar to recover the rest amount, or else Bajaj will start deducting the money from my bank account, but he said he cant help me now, giving excuse me, that if the fraud person complain against him that he is disturbing him to collect the fraud money.Now at present Bajaj has deducted Rs.10k i.e 2 emi of RS. 5k each from my bank account.My question is that, is Bajaj has no responsibilities for their customers? If Bajaj recovered RS. 60k from that fraud person, then they cant recover the rest amount of 20k from that fraud person?May be, RS.20k is nothing for the Bajaj, but it is very valuable for us.I dont know if any person of Bajaj will see my review and come front to help me.If this happens, and anyone of Bajaj come front and help me then definitely I will change my rating to 5 stars from one.Thanks a lot.🙏

Very unprofessional behavior. Their representative are unaware of the policy of the company and their words are misleading. I Had made an EMI card for shopping of garments from big bazaar. Their representative told me that I can buy the above said. But when I actually went to big bazaar the BFL representative told me that I cant purchase groceries and garments, I have to purchase an electronic items first then after few days I will be able to buy groceries and garments. I had clearly mentioned my intention at the time of making the card. But now are they are denying and not keeping their words. I am helpless. Very misleading company and employees be careful from them.

Very very bad service. Only customer care number comnects to pune branch not to kolkata branch. No contact number for kolkata branch to get in touch for any queries. Even when there is money in the account they cut it later and charge the person late fees even if its their fault. Even if u take there finace from a particular shop and you go back to them for some queries. The shop cant help you with your issue. They send you to another place. Which is not fare at all.

On behalf of BFL, people are calling me and harassing me stating that they are from Delhi civil police some time telling from Delhi crime branch and Delhi consumer court.....and a complain had been registered in my name ,so pay cheque bouncing charge or they are going to forward the file to Delhi consumer Court...what the hell they r doing......this is absolutely not the way to collect ......They r simply harassing consumer. And using slang languages....This is not at all right. Instead of telling Delhi crime branch or civil...simply they should call customer stating they r from BFL and need to pay outstanding thats all...Please look into the matter .

At the time of taking loan the executive tell me that it is paper less loan. you can close your loan at any time through net banking. now i want to close the loan but the customer services rejected the call....they call me twice in the day for other works but not receive the call..complete non sense...
