Car show room in Shivaji park. Service quality is average or below average. Bills are huge. Customer service is non - existent.The so called service advisor barely know or help much. They make you wait, go for tea, chatting , spend lot of time dilly dallying, then bring some product from outside and claim its from store....You have to constantly keep following up, chasing them . If you leave car and go there will be no guarentee of what they claim as changed or repaired.... Only one guarentee you will have is large bill.Overall the feel is we are here for looting. Very poor customer service. If you have come from Bangalore, Pune or Mumbai then you will world of difference in the customer service as big cities have huge competition and hence provide extreme good customer service to stay in the game....Here in Kolhapur... Customer service is a non existent word... MAI HYUNDAI is a shadow of how government departments work.... Barely any work, follow-up follow-up and finally pay up.A long way to become a good competent costumer serving service center... If possible avoid and find a good reliable service help

No value to customers money and time. Better to get your car serviced at local center rather than get looted by these people.
