Its a good developed residency with all necessary amenities with higher price tag. The residency here is costlier as compared to other sites. The premise is pleasant and well secured with 24 x 7 security and water 💦. The worst thing about the location is that its near to damping area ZOOM (झूम). This project 📽 gives the bad and unhealthy air and the atmosphere in and around the flats.

Situated at very good location, peaceful place, modern amenities, well maintained complex, nearby government offices, and away from crowded areas.

Construction is good.Location is good only thing that bad smell comes from garbage dumping zone.Plumbing at punya parva is literally worst....Here building is new but we bear more maintenance cost as if building is 50 years old.Builder has not given proper amenities as promised.There are pending allegations on builder at police station by the consumers at Punya Parva as he has fooled and cheated most of the punya parva residents.
