Its was ok from me but it can be improved more

Worst ever. 2.15 night bus did not arrive till 4 in morning. Still they did not refund my 4900 which they had overcharged instead of 2000 booking. Big people small thinking. Need to improve on professionalism and ethics.

Worst service. 7 am bus has not started till 7.30 and when asked the concerned people they were telling we arent sleeping here...Doing some job. But they should take customers in confidence and tell them the problem and also assure them that the bus will reach in time.

I travelled by this on 10 April 2018 from Mumbai to Kolhapur ac sleeper. First of all gps tracking of bus was totally wrong, bus shock absorber are very poor that i couldnt sleep due to bumps. Bus was vibrating. This was my worst experience.

Sir your buses are old on kolhapur to aurangabad as we travelled on 8th of April 2016 and the experience was worst travelling in ghatge patil travels as the temperature in the bus was approx 27 degree and on requesting the staff on board did not Co - operated
