Horrible. They called me and told parcel is big you come and pickup. And then immediately marked delievry denied by customer on portal. Worst and hopeless service.

Third class service in Kolhapur. Orderd a product online and staff asking me to pickup parcel from office. 3 days till my pakage not delivered.
