They dont even deserve 1 star, if they dont know how to talk. Out for delivery and told me to collect parcel at traveling 50 km. They are foolish people if they cant deliver at shipping address, why they pick parcel from the seller? I dont know, who give courier license to DTDC. Dont recommend, better to go India post or other courier.

If they dont have time to delivery they will show your status as incorrect address . address not found and when they get free then automatically they found your address and if you ask contact no of delivery boy which is out for delivery that guy phone is switched off never trust DTDC...

The room is not that big but also the parcel are completeI went to the place to pick my parcel and the staff are really good they track my parcel and give me without wasting much time.

Please be careful while shipping anything with these guys. I was told that if I do not book premium shipping then they will not guarantee that my item will get shipped! It may get lost! What kind of courier service is this if you tell your customers that their package will get lost!I really do not recommend this to anyone. Please take any other courier, there are a lot of them around this place.

It was my first time visit over here to send an urget courier. The staff was cordial and professional. DTDC was super quick as though it was told me that it may take 3 days to reach the parcel due to lockdown issues but it got delivered within 25 hours. Keep it up team.
