Hello..Im Snehal Patil, working as a executive in Emrald company. Overall it is great experience to work here with healthy work environment, supportive seniors and enthusiastic colleague . Company is doing admirable work for conservation of nature by providing eco-friendly biofertilizer products which increases soil fertility with zero environmental pollution.

Emerald is the worst company one can work for. They dont pay and make you work for them for a week or a month without salary without joining letter.Many of my colleagues have joined this company year after year and they all have faced the same thing. There is no security of job even when you perform exceptionally good. Very bad management, no grievance answered and moreover employment agencies also give bad reviews about them.
