I am requested new connection before 15 days. but he not giving me the connetion worst service ever i seen.First improve your service no one is responding

The issue resolving takes lots of time with this people. While I took this connection I got very good service in case any problem in the connection.But it seems as they are growing there customers they are failing in providing the maintainance to the existing users. Totally irresponsible behaviour I faced with this provider. Be cautious while opting for this broadband.

I took b internet connection on 2nd may for 1 year 40mbps speed plan in kolhapur..good speed but it has many issue .. Internet always disconnected for half hour to 1 hour..I always have to call customer care..today from 6pm till now..now 10.45pm Internet is down.. i had called 3times to customer care but they are saying we are working on it..but still internet issue has not been solved..it has been 4 hours its down and dont think it will resolved tonight ..i have to wait it for tomorrow morning

I have been using their service for almost 1 year and they have never disappointed me everyhing is perfect.I am specially writing this review for those who are unable to get connection through official service centre and for those who are angry about the plans that they are scammed.1) For connection I would recommed you to contact the local B Channel cable service provider of your area they will instantly give you connection as fast as they can just contact them.2) For those who are saying that they are being scammed like the plan was 10mbps but we are getting only 1mbps speed. first let me help you clear the simple confusion that you are in. The plans are stated that they will provied for eg. 10mbps but people are getting confuse here. now a days people using 4g are getting speed of 2-3 MB/s which is displayed on notification bar. Now notice that I have mentioned the two different speeds with two different extensions 1st was 10mbps and 2nd was 2-3MB/s. That is where people are getting confused if you search on internet 10mbps = 1.25MB/smbps and MB/s(which is displayed on mobile) are two different propertiesif you have 10mbps plan you will get 1.25MB/s speedor if you have 100mbps plan you will get 12.5 MB/smost people are being confused there, they are not scamming us they have the best Internet service you can get in KolhapurI hope that it helped you,Thank You

I have opted plan for 10mbps & from 15 sep to till date Im getting max speed of 0.6 mbps that too not consistent & due to drop in network, file of 70-100 mb is not getting download in 2-3 hrs. I keep of raising tickets but I think there is no any escalation level for that tickets so no matter about ticket.Being from IT background I can understand problem for 2-3 days max till 1 week but this is more than 3 week & its not resolved. Upto my knowledge this is 100% happening due to providing connection to more user than their capacity. This is very unprofessional & if it is taking 3-4 weeks to resolve problems then how anybody can relay on such network.
