This is my real life experience and that happened in 2012.When I moved into my new home, I wanted to furnish my house with a theme based multi purpose furnitures that would fit in my place while not burning my wallet with absolutely no compromise on its quality.Having visited closer to 15 different places in Kolhapur, could not find one outlet that can service all my requirements. Each one had one or the other good one to my liking and I was left to wonder if I need to buy my furniture from 3 or 4 different outlets to match my theme.Still on the road I saw Happy House Furniture on the other side of the road. Thought anyhow we are driving back home, no harm in investing few more minutes to check this outlet too. That was one of my best decisions in life.Having stepped into the shop was greeted by an ever smiling gentleman, Mr. Rajesh Kolar. He took me around his shop showed the furnitures he had for display.During the conversation we had, he got a feel that I am looking for theme based furniture and asked me to share with him my thoughts & theme, so that he can check what he can do to meet my requirements.After understanding my theme, he picked up few catalogues and marked certain furniture and asked me to check which of these will meet my theme and my budget. Good my wife was with me and we didnt waste much time and identified the ones we needed.Now, time was a constraint as we had our Griha-Pravesh in the next 2 days & some of these furniture had to come down from Mumbai/ Pune.He said, dont bother, I will handle the rest. Asked me to make adv payment and take care of my other arrangements while he will have all my furniture fixed at home on the day of Griha-Pravesh.On the day, he personally visited our place with his team, ensured every furniture is put in place and infact joined us in the prayers and Lunch.He noticed that I had not planned for my curtains at home, which indeed was totally out of my mind. He again said, dont worry, I know your theme, taste and budgets. Let me have it fixed till tom.The next morning he was again at home fixing the curtains. Now my new Home was complete with all necessary basic furnitures.I am sharing my experience because, ever since, whenever I need any furniture, I dont visit his shop. I just have to call him and tell him my need and he takes care of the rest.Today 9 years down, I not only have found a reliable place for my requirements, I have a trusted friend in Rajesh.
