Great facility for cross fit, classes, or personal training. I personally like the huge assortment of dumbbells for my weight training. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Membership and participation fees are reasonable. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Convenient location in Cabaret.

The best gym Ive ever been to. The trainers are so good, youll feel like home. Machines are imported and they maintain them every week. Nothing is missing they have everything you need. From loosing weight to building muscles, they have got you covered. And aside from this, they also do many great things such as blood donation seminar, tree planting event and annual celebration. They celebrate each members birthday too!
