THE WORST PARKING THAT ONE CAN GET ITS PAY FIRST AND THEN FIND OUR OWN PARKING THE PLACE IS HIGLY CONGESTED AND HIGLY UNORGANIZED WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING THE DEVOTEES TO FIND THE PARKING A SIMPLE ROAD ISNT ALSO THERE IN PLACE PEOPLE ONLELY LITTER AND DEFECATE IN THE PARKING LOT ITS TOO FAR FROM THE MAIN TEMPLE

On week ends and festival days you can call yourself luckiest if you get parking space even for a hatch back car. The authority doesnt bother to count how much space is available inside car park and just are busy in collecting cash at entrance. After that you are on your own mercy. The area also looks like some part of garbage dumping place, not paved or even surfaced. Better to take taxi or park your car at some other place. The authority can make improvements.

Parking lot for devotees coming to visit Kolhapur Maha Lakshmi Temple. If you are traveling to Kolhapur and there is no parking to your lodging you can park your car in this parking overnight for minimum amount around 30 to 50 Rupees. Please check current charges. Safe parking space.

Beware of the parking staff scammers near bindu chouk, police also play Thier role by telling parking is not available. Instead they will ask to take help from private parking staffers who will take you to far away road side free parking spots and would take a huge sum (around Rs. 100) instead of Rs 25 govt parking which is very close by temple. Though the official parking spot is absolutely dirty with localities using it as garbage dumping ground.

Not maintained.Dirty always smells like public toilet.Beware of ear cleaner frauds also.But no other option to park your vehicle.I think trust/government should look into it.

The most chaotic car park ( maybe due to the crowd) but I believe this is the nearest one to the temple. They charges Rs 25 per hour and charges are rounded off to the next hour i.e. if you park for two and half hours, they will charge Rs 75. Crowded at all times.
