They state that security deposit refund takes between 30 to 60 days!!!!I am already 40 days from the date I moved out and still waiting...I dont find any reason at all for the refund process to take that long.I am not quite sure what it could happen if I had delayed the payment of any of my bills more than 30 to 60 days... I would be liable for penalties, disconnection fees etc., now I have to wait them.....Unprofessional and totally unacceptable!!I do know that most of the times, it is not up to tenants choice to select service provider, however if you have a choice just simply avoid them - or if you are moving to a property which is covered by them...be careful!If there was the choice on google to give them zero or even better negative stars I would it very happily.
Very difficult payment process , customer service is closed over the weekends, 50 AED is being charged almost every month on my AC bills distributed equally on payment fees and late payment fees. I dont understand why are you charging this fees? My understanding to any services is that it should be provided if a payment made and disconnected if no payment, and thats it. I would chose any other provider if available for my community.

Worst customer service!Everyone should send them the feedback that they deservesVery high fees!Not replying email or calls quickly!The mashreeq bank didn’t transfer amount to Smartcollections they add extra fees for delay.

Avoid buildings that use Smart Collection. They are unprofessional, and they send wrong charges that are not based on accurate consumption, which they will only rectify after you complain to RERA.
Terrible company. Good luck trying to reach them via phone or email. For the first 6 months they sent letters to our door demanding payment and threatening to shut off our service. The letters were for the previous tennant and despite multiple requests to update, we continued to get threats. They lost proof we paid our deposit and tried to make us pay again. They forgot to charge us for several months then back charged us a fortune. After multiple emails requesting our deposit be returned they are still ignoring me. The one thing I will say is when you do reach someone on the phone they are always very friendly but it doesnt make up for the complete disaster this company is. Avoid buildings that use smart collection. The headache is not worth it.
They have the worst customer care very hard to reach them I have called many times for 2weeks and send email to get my deposit refund but no one entertained. 3rd week I have asked to call their manager and I had to explain all over again and manager is saying the same thing terms and condition is 45~60day for refund. and he was saying that even DEWA take like that LOLbut DEWA take 3~7days.
This is a company of thieves. They charge 40 AED per month just to generate the chilled water bill. The AC is never working efficiently and the room temperature never reaches below 22.5 deg C no matter what the temperature setting is (I set my ac at 17 deg C but room temperature is still 22.5). You cant find anyone to talk with from Smart Collection. They are exploiting the tenants. If you find out smart collection is going to be managing the property, dont move there.
Unfortunate, this is the bad experience i have ever never went through.. i am an owner of a property and its mandatory to deal with them. Unfortunate, they never answer the phones and they never provide justification for the payments and fees they charge and they also provided the wrong account number !!!They have a platform to communicate through but unfortunate its not used properly and the requests submitted, they mentioned they response to it but in reality they dont response well and they dont even call back and they close the cases as they already response but they not!!?Even one star they dont deserve i have too many issues with them but they keeping charging and they keep add penalties for delay payments which in real doesn’t exist!!I wish the management of this company look after their business!!Poor and i wish Al Dar not to deal with them as cooling services provider because it will affect the sales of Al Dar properties !!
Phone never answeredSending message of request for payment but doesnt specify what debt and from what company so people could figure it out and pay..Since they cant answer the phone i will have to face charges as i dont know to whom i owe a payment..
Great customer service, response was fast and effective.
They don’t return your security deposit. They don’t answer phone calls or emails that involves returning money.However, to collect money, they will call you, send you text messages, warning letters on your doorstep and emails to threaten you in case of late payment.
This location is not correct, i went there but couldn’t find their office.
