This is regarding birthday celebration.Good:Food was delicious.Bad:1] You need to be precise on each and every item during the discussion else you will not receive what was shown at the initial discussion.e.g.-> The cartoon characters initially said were 2 but later they said only 1. I had to argue to get the discussed things done.-> They will try to avoid things that are difficult or troublesome for them. I had requested few things and they were saying, it’s not latest tread” or try to discourage your by saying “it’s not suitable.I can understand if it’s for 1 or 2 item but this was their attitude for most of the things after the order.Instead of giving suggestions or consultation they just try to put off. It looks like they minimize the work to get maximum profit. I understand it is their business but customer demand should be first priority. Money is not always the only option. You can have good ideas, proactive consultation. Even with more money I feel the quality will not improve.2] At the event,-> At the event the decoration was not made as shown in the pictures during discussion. The hall was big enough to accommodate it.-> They were doing things that would suffice basic requirements i.e. not up to the mark and required detail.-> The clothes of the cartoon characters were not in good condition (torn, dirty)-> If there have lot of orders then there might be adjustment on number of cartoon characters etc.Overall:They will show excellent pictures/videos before the contract but afterwards it is no good response. The quality has degraded than the past.
