The staff is very rude.. i went yesterday for fix my glass and to change nose pad.. I asked to one lady was there she said “ nahi ahe .. nose pad nahiyet technician sudhha nahiye” I asked her then when I’ll come back for fix it but only saying that no.. nose pad not available only no no no... this is not the way to treat a customer..I’m costumer of Titan last 15 years but no one treated me like this.

Perfect place for your glasses. Owner and staff is very helpful. I had issues going into store so they showed me all available options in car itself. Waited for time I was trying all frames. Was very supportive and patient. After order got my frame within 15 mins. Thanks for quick service and support.

As usual with great alacrity they tested my eyes. There was slight increase in the numbers even after say seven years from last purchase. The spectacles that I bought then served its purpose, for some 6-7 long years. The new lenses arrived and upon wearing them, believe me, my vision is still better! Everything superiorly crystal clear with their latest Zeiss lenses!Kudos to the team! I dont think there is a word for my joy!
