Very poor response from staff. When I demand staff to do covid rapid antigen test for my patient they told me to pay Rs.300 first and even after doing all process with payment they had taken 20 hrs. to do Rapid test. I never seen such a inactive staff in any medical professional. I strongly suggest not to go for this hospital.

Worst hospital i have seen in my life. Dont admit patient there at any cost.Dont have any manner to talk with patient relatives. All the staff need counseling how to behave with relative and patience. We are paying bill so all the staff are getting there salary, at least learn to speek politely.

Worst hospital ever, No clarity on patients status, no proper health progress update, no proper treatment and transparency, almost spent 3 Lacs and patients health got bad , very bad and we see a dead body. Very well coordinating business hospital, money eaters..I dont know what word should I use to describe the service. Pathetic service ever seen, doctors fool people and patients and also play hide and seek, very rude behaviour. Its is painful dint let talk abt clearance and gate pass as billing department stopped us made us wait 12 hrs.Never ever think about this hospital if you want your loved ones to get cured. I emailed CEO, no response. This is unacceptable. The moment u get ur patient in here they will ensure that the dead body is discharged in 18-30 days. It happened with us. Praying it shouldnt happen with anyone else. Please repost.

Maner less staff.. all the doctors, nurses dont know what they speak or act. They dont tell exact condition of patients to there relatives. I wish government authority should take strict action against those staff.. I think this Hospital will close soon after the covied vanish. Hospital have good infrastructure and isolation places for patients.. but staff is worst.. Specially COO.. dont know how to speak with relatives.

My dad was admitted to Athaayu in April 2021 for COVID-19 and mom was home quarantined. Me and my brother both live in USA so we were really worried about them. But Athaayu staff took such a good care of my both parents. Dad got a very good treatment in ICU. Specially Dr. Vishal Patil treated my dad as his own family member and gave him a lot of moral support. He is recovered from COVID-19 and back home. Even before giving discharge, they made sure our home oxygen concentrator works well - they tested it in the hospital for one day.Overall we are satisfied with Athaayus service.

I wished google had given controls for giving a negative star as well. Get admitted to Athaayu only if you want to come out dead. The doctors , specially, Dr. Kapale makes sure your patient gets serious by giving him unnecessary medicines and later killing them. The hospital doesnt provide any transparency to the relatives patient. You will lose your person thats for sure..I dont think this hospital will operate for long. It will close down soon.

Great experience with Athaayu. Very good hospital, they have all the facilities needed for covid treatment. Recently our family members were hospitalised and they recovered from covid. Doctors and hospital staff are very caring, supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Vishal Sir for taking very good care of our patients. Sir was taking care of patients like his own family members.

Behaviour of the staff (nurses) is mannerless. Its too expensive. Just eating money from the patients. Dont go on the expensive infrastructure, ask the patients who have been admitted to the hospital previously.

I have admitted 3 patients here. And it was my biggest Mistake in my life. Because at that time there were no O2 bed at other reputed Hospitals.Pros Of hospital.1) Good infrastructure.2) have own oxygen plant.3) MD kapale Madam.CONSSOME DOCTORS HAVE NO MANNER TO SPEEK With Relative. Just we respect them doesnt mean they can talk any how with Relative. COO also have no manner to talk at all.Management should look for all the review on Google and see the behaviour of staff.. if this continues. Goodwill of hospital and kapale Madam will ruin.Dr Omkar. Dr Rahul. Sagar otari sir. Ravi Sir and some nurses were helpful and polite with whom we can ask about patients.

Doctors are good,staff is also very helpful,but staff at reception work very slow,they need to improve this.

The worst hospital seen in my life, there is no trained doctors to take care of peshnt all are trainee working in shifts & even they dont know what treatment they have give to peshnt, and dont have manner how to talk to peshnt relative.In my personal experince yestrday only i cought nurse whos filling the fake reports, and i have given complaints but surprisingly no action taken against her.I do not suggest this hospital for anyone for anything.If there is an option ill give -5 star rating to this hospital.
