Good Lab with Good staff....Rates are also good.

Such a worst service at this diagnostic center. Few bad experiences to be noted.1. No social distancing is maintained properly. If its dedicated to COVID patients then the normal public should not be allowed as per law. (Well I was diagnosed with Covid and seen many non Covid patients entering the area. Staff is least bothered.2.bathroom and the corridor itself is not cleaned on regular basis which is must and mandatory for any (cov or non cov) diagnostic center. Isnt it?3. Such a worst service staff sitting at the desk, they dont care about people like their moto is to just collect money instead of serving people. They listen wrong names, put it on the receipts and reports, after requesting for name change they argue in a such a way that people get embarrassed. They simply blame on people and people wearing mask (woww). And dont dare to argue with them they will put you last in the queue by purpose.3. The staff inside the CT scan room are extremely courteous and helpful. They have the sence of humanity in them and they go out of their way to help people.DISCLAIMER: Non Covid people pls use extreme precautions while going there.

Pathetic service. The staff behind cash counter do not provide proper information.They are teating the patients like they are doing charity.If you doctor asks for scan, ask him to suggest any other lab.

Worst experience with Shritika laboratory.Did CBC multiple times in this lab and they gave wrong reports with drastic reduction in platlate count , when checked outside got ×3 platlate count.Worst service , pls avoid going here.

Almost all diagnosis done by center. Like blood test, x-ray etc

The only bathroom used for collecting urine samples could be clean and refreshing using few freshening reagents. The least expected from such a well known pathological lab.

Better ask your doctor to suggest another pathology laboratory for your blood and urine test.

Better place as a pathological laboratory. All services under one roof. Neatly maintained.
