One of the best restaurant with tastiest Desi food, run by chefs from Indian subcontinent. It is halal. Prices are not much. I have tried naan and chicken kadai, it was nice. Must try if you visit Giessen.

Good place to get some indian pakistani food. Centrally located as it is near Marktplatz bus station and a few minutes walk to Rathaus.

Good food at a fair Price. But if you come to early they may not have want you want because they start the oven when the store opens not an hour before like any normal restaurant. If you come to late they may run out of what you want. But all in all its good food just poor management.

These are 2 restaurants - burger local totally ok, but the Pakistani food of the other restaurant is not recommended. I had heard a lot of good things about the store from fellow students and was finally there myself today. The food is delicious. One dish was a bit spicier than expected - but thats Indian cuisine. Perhaps you could add small chilli peppers (or something similar) to the menu so that the ignorant can assess the spiciness. Otherwise everything was great and Ill definitely be back!
