Welcoming at first, but after fulfilling their requirements they were vice versa. Need more co-operation.Patients are getting treatment as per staff recommendation. I suggest if hospital is satisfied with staffs recommendation then publish the same, that we provide priority to those patients who are connected with our staff. So that new patients will think before coming.Looking for betterment.
Our experience with this is very unsatisfactory. Please read below our pathetic experience.1. First of all the doctors are not cooperative.Doctors should behave in such a way that the patients and their family members will trust them.But we did not find the staff trustworthy.If a doctor is not sure about something, he/she should suggest a second opinion or at least consult someone more experienced from their own staff.But nothing like that will happen here.2. Second, they are not ready to take any kind of responsibilty.The doctors should be ready to take the responsibilty of their misdiagnosis and incorrect / incomplete line of treatment.Do not expect this here. To put is simply, it is gross medical negligence.3. Third, there is limit to how much freedom and authority can be given to a person who has recently completed his internship.There should be a senior doctor along with junior doctors, which we not did not find happening here.People come to a hospital with great hope that the parient will be cured.Doctors should be assigned based on the severity of the illness / disorder.4. Timely action.If they think that they cannot treat a patient completely, they should tell honestly. This will help the family members to take decision about whether to continue the treatment there or shift the patient elsewhere.If they show this tranparency, chances are that some other hospital or doctor might save the patient.But here you will get that chance. The people did not give us the time to take the decision.5. Lastly, in the fear that the patient will shift to some other hospital for treamtment, immediately the treatment is started correctly but incompletely.Then they do not pass on the complete inforamtion and details to the family members and relatives of the patient.In short, when all the payments are made by the patients family, they do not take any responsiblity for the patient and his health.They do not care about the emotions and feelings of the patient, his family and relatives.Please think twice on the above points before taking a decision on getting treatment in (Tulip hospital kolhapur).
