Bad service not receiving call of customer....very bad service.....The service here reflects very poorly on Apple India itself since they are the authorised service centre. They don’t even pick up the phone. Bad!

I love Apple products and own many of them. The shop service is ok. I have not upgraded any Apple device after coming to Kolhapur 3 years ago, because the sole authorised service provider B2X sucks big time. Unless someone else steps in to provide great after-sales support, I will defer my buying decision. After-sales support is also factored in the premium price of Apple products and we are paying for that as well. And Apple boasts of being no. 1 in customer satisfaction but fails miserably, to deliver, with B2X, at least in Kolhapur.The inefficient and outright rude B2X service guys don’t care that you are a paying customer:1. No effort is taken to understand customer problems. Without inspecting the product for fault, they just make fantastic claims which are expensive. In my case, laptop was not used by me for 2 years. They just told me to replace the battery. But I thought I will just buy a new adaptor and charged the laptop for 30 minutes and it started and is still working. I told them their mistake, instead they charged me ₹. 1,600! Daylight loot!2. AC for customer is never turned on. But AC for the engineers is always on! Hahaha so much for customer service.3. My iPad Air and mini both got frozen. Without performing any diagnostic, and just looking at those devices from a distance, they told me that both iPads are useless.4. Had to again approach these nincompoops, since my 2012 MacBook Pro adapter stopped working and it was still under warranty (only adapter was newly bought and used for 7 months). These guys knew me, and without asking any further details, they said that an amount of ₹. 2,600 will be charged and laptop will be kept with them for a few days and I asked why? He said it’s a 2012 model. I was angry and I told him the fact that adapter was bought in 2020 and the old adapter had stopped working and the new adapter was still under warranty!! Sheeeee..I have seen similar interactions by these odd-toed ungulates with other customers.Better sell the business to someone who can handle better customer service or upgrade yourself.

Omg i cant believe it is an apple service center even local centers are more comfortable than this worst experience ever...

Worst customer service ever.

Third class service under brand name of Apple. They dont have functional phone to answer the calls. During this time of COVID we need to visit the care to know the status. These guys does not desire to Run Apple care. The repairs are delayed by 6 to 7 days from promise day. Apple Please take action on this care center. Customers are frustrated literally by behaviour of the Care Manager.

Worst service I ever received in my life, they denied under warranty service to my ipad cause of ipad failed VMI guidelines according to them, but didnt proof that issues root is physical damage (as mentioned in apple service ltd terms and conditions). Even I dont want to give 1 star also but zero star option not available so I choose 1 star. So I visited ResQ (Reliance Digital Aaple authorized service centre , Belgaum, Amar Empir, Near Goa Ves circle) for claim warranty, and from there I got fully replaced unit of ipad 6th generation wifi under Apple Warranty in 5 business days. Here (Kolhapur Apple Service centre) is one engineer whos diagnosis were very worst. Even he verbally mentioned things such as: you purchased it from amazon and amazon gave you fake/modified product, apple logo is suspicious on ipad, ipad glass is fake etc...etc, for one month I requested them to send my ipad to apple repair center but they didnt send it. If you want save your valuable time and money then it is my honour request to all of you that dont visit here..yes I of course suggest you one thing that if you purchase apple product online ever then for surity and confirmation for originality of product, check your device here once before your return/replace window closed. Yes one thing I accepted that front camera misaligned but they cant proof that, that is the issues root, as I faced issue rgarding dust particles observed inside the screen. I suggest you to visit Belgaum or Pune Apple service centre for claiming warranty and warranty related issues.

Very arrogant employees....every time visited always said server is down..just battery replacement order not considering...apple should revoke authorised service tag from B2X..never seen this pathetic service for apple ever all over world...
