Very very poor service. They took 3 months (post lockdown) to replace my laptops battery. The guy named Kishor Gawali who managed the shop didnt even know basics of computer. He said my battery could not be replaced even though it was in the warranty period because it was swollen. Anyone I mean anyone who manages the computer shop atleast know that if lithium ion battery is swollen it is definitely faulty. They only gave me new battery when my father scolded them. If you are expecting for easy and simple service I suggest you not to consider This shop.
