For past 2 years I switched my internet service provider in search of good and consistent internet service. Finally, one of my friend recommended Pixelnet to me and it solved all my requirements! I am with Pixelnet for past 6 months and very happy with the speed and customer service.

Would not recommend. I have been using them for two years. The only reason Im continuing with their service is because I have no other option where I live.Their service used to be better but the speed has gradually reduced to the point where I can only surf the Internet at night. Daytime speeds are absolutely terrible.I have a 5 Mbps plan, but on most days from 9AM to 7PM, the download speed barely touches 1-2 Mbps.On top of that, their service is down at least 2-3 times a week where I have to call their office in order for it to get working again. Oh, and this review is being posted on my phone connection because surprise - their connection is down.Very disappointed in their service.

First the official person is not explaining all the things.. You get the most expensive service... They have clients but dont know how to make it large... High price & low speed... As I seen, most of the times no connectivity... poor service.. doesnt work efficiently even after getting fibre optic cables... Plan Charges+installation charges+modem charges=lots of charges and you get low speed. No torrent tieup... no streaming servie tieup.. You can get much better and most reliable service in Kolhapur than this one..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
