Very bad serviceParts r not available. After prior appointment my bike not attain / given me on same day. I m coming in showroom from 50 km.For fork oil seal I m waiting for 2 months. At time of servicing not doing job card. So always some wok r pending at time of delivery.20 days I m not getting wheel barring.After general servicing not giving full report of bike.LOT of things need to improve in showroom.

Very poor at customer service. Only sale of bikes and adding numbers is kept in mind. No proper camunication to the customer with parts or its status. I would tell or rather say to all future customers to ask for all what they want on their bike and get it available then pay. I have been paid for all my accessories for a month and I have not received a single accessory till date. When asked I am not getting any status as on whats the hold up or the problem. Very bad very bad service. People if buying a bike then ask for all accessories first and then pay. Please do not pay up in advance. They do not care and they do not answer when asked. Be very careful. I still say very bad at service and after sales.
