I visited the showroom.They made sure that they are in touch and helped me with the order. I did not receive any furniture till now so I told them to refund my money. They are not ready to do that. The owner says you dealt with the manager. The manager has cheated us so we are not responsible for your money. Who the hell is responsible for money now?The owner says you can put a complaint we cannot do anything. I called Pepperfry Company. They say you have to deal with Kolhapur branch. Everyone is a fraud here. Please do not deal with Pepperfry.Shame on Pepperfry Company itself.Shame on the owner who keeps the cheater as a manager and doesn’t take any responsibility.

Pepperfry Studio Kolhapur is very beautiful. Its staff is very polite. Whatever furniture information you need is very simple to show you on tv screen. Their service sense is very good. Thanks to his studio chief and his staff for his good service.
