Like how can you have a jewellery shop without the basic jewellery.Lastly they are only a step away from the well established PNG gold shop so they should really up their game in everything.Suggestions since you are new1. Fire staff hire new ones who have the fire to sell or retrain these stiff ones. Incentivise !!2. Do some research on what sells , whats comfortable, what can be worn by modern women and anyways you will have some variety for traditional ones as well3. See where you can have an edge with your competitors. Have your own unique designs or low cost good design jewellery. Everyday gold jewellery should be a must. Comfort is prime4. Add on gifts, comfort, safety norms and attention to every customer is a mustHope these suggestions work for you. I have been a old and regular customer of many of the big shops in Kolhapur like PNG, Mahendra before that and Arial jewellers... Saw your shop is new and came to buy gold Kada office wear and some easy jewellery.. didnt find a single piece nor the attitude to sell. I stepped out of your shop in less than 1 minute in total including walking up the stairs
