Family food. This place is around with a womens organisation. Self help group of womens controls all activities here.This group has a long convention. About 10 to 15 womens currently serve here.Best quality of foods, some spicy and mouthwatering items are especially conventional maharashtrian family dishes are sold here.At the time of festivals required food items are also served. As like puran poli, bakar vadi, chakli, anarsa, khwaja extra items are made as per season.Those items are required from all part of countries and overseas also.

I personally prefer taking away khichadi parcel. Which costs me 35₹ which includes 1 plate khichadi and a small pouch of sour buttermilk. They have token system so please buy token prior. There is more rush during lunch timing as more people prefer doing lunch as food taste like home made. You can also get special food that are made during festival

Apart from snacks and meals, you can get variety of food products here. They provide chakali, bakar wadi, variety of chiwadas, namakins and ladus.You also get wade and gharage here almost every day. Puranpoli is one of the best food item regularly available here.They also provide some ladus made in jaggary instead of suger. They are awesome. Card payment facility is also available here.

We had reached Kolhapur by 6 pm and we were scheduled to board Mahalakshmi express by 8.30 pm. We had no idea where we could get simple, homely food for the night at such short notice. Thankfully our cabdriver had suggested this place, and it made our dinner memorable that night. The staff was courteous and food was tasty.Thanks Vahini!

Courteous staff. Good quality and tasty food. Run by a Self Help Group of women. They managed it in excellent manner. Khopra patties, Thali pith are very tasty. Rice plate is a wholesome meal. Kolhapuri chatni and some other Kolhapuri and Gujarati decacies are also sold here.

Its neat and clean, specialized for Kolhapur special food items like dadape pohe, misal, batate wada, special thali I.e meal etc. You can also get the Kolhapuri/Maharashtrian spices like masala, chutney, shengdana chutney etc. This has been managed by group of females.
