Personal experience!Avoid this place. Not a trust worthy guy. Changes words & just lie lie & lie. Shopkeeper has the over the top attitude. Went there for the notice of intimation work ended in submitting the paper myself to the registrar office with bank stamp as he was wasting the days & it has to filed within the 30 days after loan gets sanctioned.Better to prefer banks affiliated agents for the work.Notice of intimation is worth of 1300-1400 rs work. Hes charging 1800-1900. Charging 300 for online data entry & 200 for submission 😒 which he denied all after heated argument. He also threatened us by saying they dont submit the docs deliberately on time of the people which irritates them, Acts like doing the work for free. Very cheap & immature mentality to deliberately make someone suffer for personal vendetta. Lack of professionalism.
